    Just waiting for my MM Ascension to arrive, ordered the horizon back, wish I'd gone with the 10 pci, there again with the weight of 4 blocks, horizontal is the way to go.

    Wonder when they will release them, know they have a psu in the works also, guess it will be needed to power all of this.
    can you order horizon back with 10 pci?

    For this setup you use single rail PSU's and lot's of adapters!

    Why couldnt Evga just go with 2 x 8pin PCIE power connectors for their GTX 285 classified?

    That would be about $4000 in video cards alone. Not to mention the water blocks.

    Who cares about the price, having 14 of nvidia's latest gpus on a single motherboard is like a wet dream, and those don't have prices....

    Thats enough gpu for a 14 person lan party !

    And can you imagine what kind of rads and rig you would have to be able to wc all of them gpus and the cpu....

    the cards are $850 with the block but its not single slot like i thought. http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16814143202
    althought you wouldnt be able to stick 4 cards in their without watercooling because your temps would be nuts.the heat dump from this would be over 1000 watts!

    Yea but the Revo 85+ didn't work with the 759 Classified boards because of an EVGA screw up. Hopefully that's resolved with these boards.

    That mobo is absolutely insane!!

    I found this on another forum earlier on..
    My thought is you can only do 4-way SLI with 4 GTX 285 Classified since it has a special jumper that allow you to run 4-way SLI. Heck I just ordered my Classified E760 and here comes the E762.

    That's not a Classified card, that's BFG. The cards are pre-order right now and run $379 on EVGA's site. The MB is $450, so neither price is out of whack for what you get.

    This is simply a response to Asus' WS model with 2 x NF200 chips and to the MARS card. Let's be quite honest, in a month the HD5870 hits and is expected to be as fast as a single GTX295, put three on a board for TRI-Fire and I would bet it would beat 4 of these cards. It's a great idea for both the board and cards, but just a tad too late with the release of new GPU's two to three months out.

    If this is true, it would be pretty sweet, but as someone already mentioned, 3x 5870 will most likely demolish 4x 285 Classified

    oh and this:

    The following cases have 10 slots or more to fit 4 GTX 285 cards for 4-Way SLI.

    * Lian Li PC-P80
    * Lian Li PC-P80R
    * HEC 98 98R9BB
    * Thermaltake Xaser VI VG4000SNA
    * Thermaltake Xaser VI VG4000BWS
    * Thermaltake Xaser VI VG4000BNS
    * Thermaltake Xaser VI VG4000BNSB
    * Thermaltake ArmorPlus VH6000BWS
    * Mountain Mods Acension w/ Modular Motherboard Tray 10 PCI Slot

    Man, if only it had an extra PCI-E slot to have 4x videocards + a sound card =(

    I think this PS would run a 4x 285 system...

    http://ncix.com/products/?sku=39436&...e%20Technology

    Anyone know of any other PS that has enough PCI-E connectors? (not counting buying additional ones)
