is vcore reporting correctly at 1.4625v?
CPU VID value is at 1.4625V but actual voltage was about 1.700V under load (measured from CPU backside SMD-caps). Idle 1.75ish. ASUS board sets a voltage offset on top of VID when you set CPU Voltage above 1.55V in the BIOS.
Therefore VID value is not always equal to the actual voltage level.
