With the previous Intel processors we could change the CPU-Z configuration file option to Sensor=0 and read Core VID. This clearly doesn't work with the Core i7. Do you have plans to add this option?

Core i7 no longer reports VID since it manages the vcore supply via it's on-die PCU.
Therefore software can't detect what VID the processor is running on at any time.
