This will be my next board, the design is very cool and ths Saaya for all this things.

Full power for High frenquency on 3 ram slot
One PCI slot free in middle for physx card and 2 4870X2
The 4 hole for put old LGA 775 Copper slug

But for that it a negative point for me

Battry location on the board, why dosen't put it same like Asus P6T ?
Location of the 2 sata port vs buttom and they are not right angles
IDE and floppy, I dont think we need that with Vista and seven

But at the finale this board look amazing .

or you run a vga as physix card and run tripple sli plus physix our board is the only x58 board that can actually do that

foxconn used those in the past and they break easily... they had a lot of rma issues cause people broke the battery holders so they stopped using them...

i know... but its not that bad, we bundle 90 degree cables so even if you use 4 vgas you can still use the sas slots

well... some people still need floppy to install raid drivers etc... i agree about ide though!

Saaya we have a big probleme in canada , I think nobody will sell this board because (for do fast) distributor dosen't like stock Foxconn and others reasons.

    NCIX.com

I'm not going to get into too many details but a big problem is how a company like Foxconn engages with the reseller channel. There is no communication directly from Foxconn to us so we have no idea what products are coming down the pipe. Their choices in distribution partners is another issue and yes, there is a big chicken / egg scenario that Saaya has outlined above but again, distribution is Foxconn's customer, not us directly and they are failing to get stock to an entity that we can buy from.

I think it's great thing for company reps to be active with the end user community but the unfortunate thing is that their entire organization isn't on the same page and until they engage with us you'll see very limited representative with Foxconn in the Canadian market (eg. it's not like we're one of the only larger Canadian resellers to not stock Foxconn). I'm not here to try slag or slander them but we've tried to get this fixed in the past and we haven't really moved forward so we're kind of stuck in a rut on our side

    Bojamijams said:
NCIX staff, this is the reply I got from Saaya (a foxconn designer and fellow XS overclocker when I told him your reply about "We'll have it if the distributors have it"

    "nope, thats the problem!
the shops say we will have it if the distributors have it
the distributors say we will have it if the shops want it

    thats why nothing is moving...
its the most common problem worldwide regarding bad product availability.
the customers want it, but the shops never forward the customer demands to the distributors, so then the distributors stick to the same product list they always had cause nobody is asking them for something else... : /"

Please tell your distributors that many people here want it!

If you can do something for some distributor would stock it .... this will be nice.

I talked to Saaya in PM's which is where he posted that.. I don't think he can do much on that end.. at least, thats the impression that I got.

I really hope something changes on some end this time around though. I really want the BR.

things are definately improving, and i think we can get things with the distribution channel worked out before the end of the year!

I find that the news that the Bloodrage might not come out until the end of the year is very disappointing. I had decided to make the Boodrage my next purchase. LOL, when it comes to upgrades for my computer I'm afraid I don't have much patience in waiting for what I want. I guess I'll start looking at the Gigabyte x58 xtreme instead.

+1 for Canadian retail. I'd love to try one of these for myself. I suppose that the Egg will stock it at least, but I'm not sure I want to try it so badly that I'd be willing to bend over for their extra taxes and UPS shipping.

Nice results on the BCLK. My only complaint is the missing onboard audio on the board. It comes in handy sometimes. This will be great for Nvidia's upcomming Dual GPU's and 4870X2's. Dual removable bios is becomming a standard almost with these X58 boards.

missing audio? what do you mean?
theres an add-in audio card we bundle with the board, same as on blackops and avanger and we bundle a creative xifi driver with it that enables software CMSS 3D and EAX 4.0!
the unique thing is that you guys can chose if you want the creative driver or just the default realtek driver

yeah my bad.. all of the pic's i've seen with the rigs actually hooked up and running just did'nt install it I guess. It made me wonder. But its nice to know it will be there. Are you guys going to at least make one board that will do 3 way dual slot SLI in the future? I hope you make at least one model instead of this dual gpu configuration. Next may or june when all these nice Direct X 11 cards are comming out the option to put 3 of them in a rig would be awsome.

btw keep up the good work

well you can run tripple sli on this board as well, one card needs to be watercooled, then it all fits fine
there are watercooled cards available afaik, so one of those plus two regular gtx280 or 260 cards will do just fine in tripple sli
or you watercool all cards, then you can even use a 4th card for gpgpu physics PLUS tripple sli!
no other x58 board can do that
