    give a resistor between this 2 pin, you can fix loadline calibration

    prepare a 5kohm vr, connect to Pin#16 & Pin#17
    using meter to measure it , oringinal should be 45.5k
    turn it to 1.5~1.8k, depend on what loading.

    Thanks mate, to save/keep cpu-z open past 668 I needed to change the stock cooling
    And then used the same settings (nice when that happens) but I only had 3lts on hand, so it was a very fast test.

    After taking off the stock heat pipes, I found they were not making good contact with the fets.

    But thats an easy fix with some after market coolers

    All up and running and gave me an easy 700 FSB with out too much work!

    I'm at work now, I'll post up my settings a little later

    Does that LN2 on NB help that much. Wow.
    I think that I will try larger heatsink on NB, or just reseat std cooling.

    just remeber Pin#16 & 17, GBT's X58 use same Ic
    you can figure out it quickly a vdrooping mod on x58
    alternative way by #16 you also can make a vcore mod.

    Thx .
    I've tested F3I & F3J ,F3J is better for the ram up. I boot @ FSB : 630MHz ,Ram
    1050MHz ,Extreme , 7-7-7-24 others on auto (it's give PL 11) ,i can run Spi 1M @ 637Mhz .
    I test the final version soon.
    Xtrem of nothing.

    3:5 ratio/400 strap (3.33D) doesn't read correctly.

    http://www.xtremesystems.org/forums/...d.php?t=199241

    I seem to have no better luck with F3 final than I have with any other BIOS where mem is concerned. Mem maxes out around 980-990 on CAS 7. CAS 8 goes over 1000 easily, but CAS 6 also seems to be stuck ~880MHz max.

    Does your boards boot with 266 or 333MHz strap?

    If RAM is holding back your overclock, adjust the memory divider to slow down the RAM speed

    Visited my brothers EP45T-Extreme yesterday
    After 2 hours of failed o/c attempts...
    Auto settings for all voltages on a mild? overclock gave me this:
    PLL from 1.5v -> 1.76v
    VTT from 1.2v -> 1.50v
    DRAM from 1.8v -> 1.96v

    I'm trusting that gigabyte bios knows what's best and safe
    The board's LEDs show only the DRAM to be on high (red) overvoltage

    Should I be worried with any of these settings?

    When I have more time I intend getting his 2GBx1 OCZ PC3-1600's running at 2000 or that's the plan at least.

    It's interesting to see what the board does when left on auto
    not just for the pll, vtt and dram voltages,
    but notice how it drops MCH ref voltage from 760 to 660
    maybe that's why I was having troubles with the higher memory speeds, I kept the MCH close to 760 default

    Would be interested in seeing other's bios setting, this thread is a little short in that department.

    Those Auto voltages will be safe enough from what all other users are experiencing.
    We havent had a reported death yet from Auto's.
    I would suggest you even try some higher manual values, like VTT = 1.7V, MCH = 1.5V.
    MCH = 1.2V will be holding your FSB potential quite a bit.
