Unless you drill out and re-thread some mounting holes, that's a no. The FuZion GFX 2, as it is, merely screws into the GT200 Uni-Sink and then the Uni-Sink screws onto the card (so, in essence, the Uni-Sink is the GFX 2's GT200 mounting bracket).

that's extremely wrong.. I assumed that the Fuzion GFX2 had the same mounting pattern + footprint as the MCW60 being that it's a supposed universal GPU block.. I'm extremely disappointed but thanks..

I'm on the fence about ordering the D-Tek FuZion GFX 2 GPU Waterblock, but after getting tied down with a full sink solution with my 8800GTX, I'm thinking block might be a better way to go in the future. Waiting for Petra's reply on his site to see if the 4 bolt pattern fits the HD4870.
The GFX 2 does share a similar footprint and bolt pattern as the MCW60; however, there is no GT200 adapter plate for either of those blocks right now... which is why D-Tek took a little shortcut and is using the Uni-Sink as a GT200 mounting adapter for the GFX 2.
The GFX 2 includes a standard 4-hole bracket (which works with the usual ATi 4-hole mount, G92 4-hole, GF 68/78/79, etc.) and a G80 mounting plate.
If you really wanted to use an MCW60 with the GT200 Uni-Sink, you probably could... but you'd have to figure out how to mount the waterblock to the GT200 Uni-Sink (hence the drilling, tapping, and reworking of the MCW60's mounting hardware that I was mentioning).

so basically the GTX 260/280 don't follow the usual 4-hole bracket mounting system..

Yeah, judging by the GT200 Uni-Sink, we're looking at ~86.5mm center-to-center diagonally and ~61mm center-to-center from hole to hole.
As I recall, standard 4-hole (used on most cards) is around 75mm diagonally and 53mm from hole to hole, while the G80 mount pattern is about 82.5mm diagonally and 58.5mm from hole to hole.

So is there any gpu block that will fit it? I have two mcw60 from my old 1900xt and 6800gt cards. You can get a gtx260 for 260$ now. I trust the green teams cards over the reds,, I already got burnt on two ati cards that died in just two years. hmm maybe just use some Arctic Silve Thermal Adhesive![]()
