Wow nobody can complain the TC rads are too expensive now...

Sorry but those Feser advertisements are sad and kind of creepy...

Thanks for the temp results Malik.

It would be cool if the prices leveled out on the Feser rads. Give us more competition!

I think when I go to redo my hoses in about 6 months I will have to look into their UV tubing... now I would ASSUME?? that the UV reactiveness would last much longer with the tubing.... versus UV liquid??

Those look similar to the bitspower fittings. Are they 1/2 x 3/4? I have the bitspower 1/2 x 3/4 and they are freakin sweet!

As to the Feser radiator... I can see how it's not worth it to some, but for me it was a good option. I already have the top of my v2000 case cut out for a (gonna say the K word here) Koolance triple rad setup from a year ago. Although some may make fun of me for using this, I was a beginner and I didn't want to start out with anything complicated. I wanted a rad that would fit in the Koolance fan shroud (which is actually nice looking). My only option was a HW Labs, and I just didnt want to use High CFM fans and have noise, and i couldn't use a thermochill cause of the weird fan spacing. This Feser triple rad worked perfectly. The fan spacing is almost identical to what is on the Koolance shroud. A little modification and longer screws and its a pretty nice setup. I have to get a riser put in to get the super thick radiator a little higher up, but the performance so far is top notch compared to my crappy Koolance rad, and that is with crappy fans on the Feser. I really didn't want to pay $170 for a radiator, but it's worth the extra money to me!

If you could be so kind to upload a pick - I would love to see the X-Changer fitting with that Koolance shroud.

I too like the look of the Koolance Exos Shroud....

And as for the Fesser - Band Wagon. " I am glad they are mixing it up a little."

Here are some pics for your xs_rob. This is the shoud that comes with the EHX-1020SL http://www.koolance.com/water-coolin...product_id=635 I am still waiting on my riser to come http://www.koolance.com/water-coolin...product_id=639. I have it setting on some blocks now for clearance purposes so I can use it till tommorow.

    Front View

    Side View

Bottom view with rad flipped on its side

The Feser is a perfect fit for the shroud, all I had to do was remove some aluminum from the riser underneath at the front and back so the shroud would sit level on the radiator. Other than that, I had to get slightly longer screws to mount the shroud to it and thats it. I'm waiting on the riser, and 3 sanyo/denki ace fans that should be arriving nda tommorow.

People can say what they like about Koolance, but the shroud is a solid product. I also like the blocks I have my for 8800's. Using them a year, with the koolance rad, and apogee gtx block which has copper in it, and after tearing it down last week for my new wc parts, there is zero corrosion or pitting of the aluminum anywhere. The copper on the apogee gtx looks good as the day I put it in.

I was just going to post some pics of those "xtender" shrouds myself, thanks initialized.

I got an email from Feser today saying that they're tweaking the design of the shrouds to trim some weight, based on some feedback they got from modders. It also mentioned that the shrouds will be available in one month, at a weight of about 100g.

    cool, thanks for the pics.

Looks like they've chiseled out a bit of the acrylic to save weight. I'm looking forward to seeing these things lit up.

BTW: if anyone hasn't done so, ya gottal check out the TFC website. The audio when cursoring over certain parts is just hilarious, but in a cool kinda way! "ACID GREEN WIDULDRAVYLED EFFEC!!" ... love it!

    off course 120mm, but i mean 120mm x 120mm x 38mm .
i think the screws are too short for a 38mm fan and that shround comes with screws for a 25mm's fan

i dont think anyone mentioned the warranty... does the warranty not justify the extra cost without regards to the 5C claim ?

With this in mind, touting 3 years warranty is pointless. Even Thermochill have a good warranty and sometime, they will deal even if the warranty if out if this can show it's a manufacturing failure.

Even embossing with the logo is just bling at best, which can be skipped to save money.

For register user ( link above ), what gives you registration:

    - it gives you acceas to email news letters which are only available for Registered Users.

    - informs about status of production processes of upcomming products and pictures of prototypes.

    - TFC also will arrange gift vouchers and credit limits for special days, like x-mas or first releasing day for all registered users.

    - by registration users get TFC products cheaper.

And some new pics of shroud:
