Q9450 looks like the best choice over all

Intel Extreme CPUs do not hold up their worth, performance delta isn't worth all that extra $$. Perhaps it's worth $50 or $100 at best
Q9450 suffers from a relatively low multiplier and limited FSB limits since it’s a yorkfield and that brings the E8500 issue, but the Q9450 will be the one if you think for long term
If it reached 450mhz this means 450X8 = 3600Mhz CPU speed which can be done with air only, no need for water cooling, well….for non-QX chips no need for water cooling at all
ya and the E8400 is a really good choice for a low budget's

I copied it to MS Word, re-formatted it, used virtual printer program (PDF Factory pro) to convert it to PDF, opened the PDF file with Photoshop, resized it then saved as JPG (I wanted to add the QX9650 but I’m too lazy)
