Here is some updated pressure drop testing on several existing and a couple of new fittings:

Special thanks to VirtualRain for the Farnel elbow. I really expected it to do even better than it did because it is actually machined with a small radius on the inside, but it looks like the steps from barb to fitting cause quite a bit of restriction. Regardless it's still a much better option than a nylon 1/2" elbow.

I need make a copper T to test, I'm all out for right now. Regardless, the copper 90 is so little pressure drop, it's starting to get difficult to measure. My previous pressure drop test on the copper 90 is pretty close. Before I figured close to 9 times less restriction than a nylon 90...this test confirms at about 9.9 times less..

A copper T should be even less pressure drop than that.
