Just about the same my Yorkfield. Air cooled, but seems like I hit a FSB wall on this CPU. Performance @ 3.2GHz pretty much equals an 3.4GHz Kentsfield.

    Nice

Intel official pre-production bench results released around March gave a figure of 4569 2k6 CPU for a 3GHz Yorkfield - and that looks to be pretty much close.

There is alot left in this chip. It scales so good with voltage. But I have some power problem when running quad core. Might be my good old 850W Silverstone that is giving up, since the rigg just power down under the cpu test. 5300-5400 should be doable for quad.

Coldbug is around -140C in windows. But it won't post colder than -120C.

Gonna focus on 28k for 06 tomorrow.

    Great going kinc!

Around 467 x 12 and you'll break 8sec for sure. Maybe with even less.
