    -----------------------------------------------------------------------------

    Luckily I got a pair of W1600UX2G9

Wow bet thats expensive and yeah nice work on the OC. Over 2Ghz wow.

Whats faster 1600Mhz and tight timings or over 2Ghz and looser timings?

Show me $500 worth of bandwidth please. SuperPi is cool but I'M interested in read/write/sustained bandwidth.

    runnin' cheapo (£63 inc vat) A-DATA DDR2-800 1GB kit (5,5,5,18,24,2t) @ 750mhz (4,4,4,12,18,2t) gets me this......

I'm interested to see what DDR3-2GHz can pull.

Very impressive CPU. Hopefully I own a gem like that one day too

I will start my DDR3 adventures today, but only with elpida chips, so I dont expect that much. Actually I am impressed how good your micron chips overclock and how they perform. DDR3 might be attractive for benchers/gamers sooner than I thought. Now the price has to drop below 300 Euro / $ for a 2Gb kit.
