Pictures are down due to the server upgrade I think.

Can you upload it to somewhere like flickr.com for the moment.

the sqaure IC with the +- 36 legs (below the 6pin power connector) is the likely regulator in this case
please post the exact codes of that IC.
it may be exactly the same one used on the 7900GT reference boards in which case you should be able work out the mod fairly quickly.

Yeah I have a version of this card and that component is the ISL 6568 ( from memory ! ) I think. I have not modded it yet as it is supposed to be for my gaming rig so I shouldn't really. Mine overclocks poorly as well, up from 540 core to about 580 ....

The bottom left 14 leg IC is the ISL6549 and probably used for memory volts.

    Regards
    Andy

I didn`t test, but it must work:
    1.52v - connect 21 leg on 6558 to ground.
    1.37v - Connect 30,31 and 32 legs on ISL6568.

Connect 20KOhm VR from GND to the red marked pin. Lower the resistance to increase the voltage.

i have galaxy 7900gs with zalman
the board is pretty the same, only the memories are 1.2ns
i have made voltmod for gpu and for the mem
now the gpu is 1.5 and the mem is 2.24V (original 1.3/2.14 - measured)

before the volt mod i was acheving 585/890
after that i cat get any higher from 630/830
higher than that there are blacksreeens and restarts (((
(using old comanche 4 benchmark demo as fastest test to determine stability)
can somebody help me making my video card more stable ???
