    I've got a couple:

    - Silverstone TJ06 with stealth cover over optical bays and psu area, with extra fans
    - E6600, DFI Infinity with a Thermalright HR-05
    - DD TDX s939, with a 3mm alloy plate used to adapt to LGA775
    - D4 pump, BIP 2 and a fillport
    - and some other stuff

No pictures with pretty lights for that one.

    And slightly more elaborate:

    - old yeong yang (old as in it had a Pentium 2 inside) case, cut up for a side window, 120mm fans, and repainted
    - Abit AB9 with an E6300, etc - it's in my sig
    - DD TDX, BI Stealth GTS 240, D5 pump and a fillport

hmm Camb on the first rig you had your rad supplying your pump, i think most would say its supposed to be the T-Line before pump inlet, easier to fill and prime...

other than that, its a very nice and clean install, nice use of 3mm plate there.
and the yeong yang simple also, only usual suspect of cube cases are the back side of mobo where the wires are located...

It seems to me it is
    Look closer
the bottom barb of the res makes a 180 degree turn to the inlet of the pump... this pump has the outtake on top

Yeah, look where the tubing from the bottom barb of the Micro res goes...it seems to disappear but the only place it could possibly end is the pump. And if you look closely, it does. The D5 can be turned on its side and mounted that way pretty easily, so I'd assume the upward barb is the outlet.

    NOT MY CASE!

The Alienware W/C is kinda gay. Its got corrugated 1/4" hoses, a tiny pump, and a single 120mm Radiator. The waterblock is pretty simple, and theres a fan over it.

Not as nice as most that's for sure. But here's mine anyway. I'm replacing my res with one of EK's. On the hoses they are only a week or so old but where it looks like air; it's some kind of spider web looking marks. No idea.
