I didn't really think the cache could also help in a 1m superpi if compared to a same frequency processor with 2mb of l2 cache.
your RAM timings are supertight and i wasn't going to scores but simply highest 1M so far
but the extra cache does help

I have a few questions as I'm starting to overclock my e6400 with my DS3
Some noob questions might come up
First, I'm raising the CPU Host Mhz 10 at a time and restarting. Everything in the Bios is at default, I was to see how far it can go before disabling evertthing.
Now, here's a question. I've got the ram multiplier set to auto. So with the cpu being at 288x8, the memory mhz is now 864. So is it important to manually stop the memory? Like, is it entirely important to increase the ram with the OC, like is it okay to leave it at 800, or should I just continue OCing the ram too until it hits it's limit? And what is the limit to normally stop at?
I guess what I'm a little lost on is the relationship between the memory and cpu when overclocking the cpu. Also, many talk about dividers, like 1:1 or 4:5, what is that? Is that a different way of talking about the multiplier for memory, Like later with the higher OC of the cpu should I go from the default 3 to 2.5 to lower the OC of the memory?
1.6v, clockgen up from 30% boot
3.733 prime
3.9 Sp1M
