    I'm having issue with not being able to set cas manually in bios. My Mushkin HP5300 I'm trying in there has spd of 3-4-4-8 at 4200 and when I set ram multi to 233 ie 4200 to max fsb I can't get even 333mhz stable due to ram . Even at default fsb, I can't assign cas manually to 4,5 or it won't post.

    will try new bios and report back
    retail 6300 on watercooling
    it's never fast enough!

    Bios version: IP96A803TSA


    Changes compared to bios IP96A803

    Fixed 1001 one typos

    Added DMI information

    Updated Memtest86+ v1.60 -> v1.65 (for Core 2 support)

    Added RAS to CAS Delay (tRCD) 1 & 2 CLK options

    Added RAS Precharge (tRP) 1 & 2 CLK options

    Added Write Recovery Time (tWR) 1 & 2 CLK options

    Added Internal Write to Read Command Delay (tWTR) 1 CLK option

    Added Spread Spectrum option

    Added Auto Detect PCI Clocks option

    Added Enable / Disable L1 & L2 Cache option

    I´m currently using this very same build and it is working fine.

    IP96A803TSA

    Use included WinFlash to update the bios.
    Ensure that you have "Update All" box ticked.

    super 1M @ 475 fsb, it can do little more but i directly tried 500mhz and ... it crashed after 1sec

    One question to The Stilt: How can you run sli on it when it only has one PEG-slot?

    So, most of the pins are just for show, or are they only needed when running it in a higher-speeded PEG?
