Just mail him for a biostar mobo. (Belgium dealer is ITC multimedia , but you have to buy it by a shop).
My french isn't very good, so I'll ask here
Could you tell how much this board costs?
And when will you try other ram? I want to see how good it is at oc'ing![]()
Also you quote Anandtech, but I can't find it. Could you link?![]()
-->2*1go Gskill F2-6400PHU2-2GBHZ for wednesday
It cost ~170€
and http://www.anandtech.com/mb/showdoc.aspx?i=2797
But need also a new bios to do high fsb
There is benefit from overclocking ECC ram . You can clock higher because of the error correction . Articles in google say that there is a slow down when ECC tries to correct errors (2% approx) , but i haven't seen any slowdown myself .Originally Posted by Lestat
I have 3 pairs of D9DQT (Fatbody) and all of them can clock about 15-20Mhz DDR2 higher when ECC is enabled . I run always with ECC enabled .
If i need the faster running memory (More Mhz) , i can have it without problems when enabling the error correction . Of course the benefit from clocking CPU higher is more than the "supposed" slow down of the ECC .
OK that boot correctly with 2*1go Gskill F2-6400PHU2-2GBHZ
and an E6600es Step 5.

now i gotta have one of these too
awesome job
cant wait to see max @9x
Pt1t - nice job in testing out the board. One more choice of a possibly low priced performance oriented board. Any idea what sort of caps they are using on the board? I believe in good caps == long lasting reliable board.![]()
Thanks in advance.
look like a board who got a lot of potential
1,8v on the nb is nice too , 450 fsb @ how much voltage?
somebody know where to buy online in europe?
