    Kingston DDR2-533 1G X 2 @ DDR2-1008 CL4-4-4-12 2.2V

    Since couldn't find Team DDR2 locally and worldwide. My disappointment brings me some luck that I found this DDR2. Chips are Micron D9GCT and costs only US$160.

    2.2v in all tests.

    Micron D9GCT

    DDR2-998 CL4-4-4-5 Dual Prime95

    DDR2-1000 CL4-4-4-5 Dual SuperPI 32M passed.

    DDR2-1000 CL4-4-4-5 Dual memtest over 600%

    Bravo, real band of the buck indeed. Guess Kingston is not the only one using D9 on their value pack. What else will happen if value pack from other brand meets D9

    I think Transcend will have it on BP PCB... Probably will be even better.

    Anyway, special thanks to Xtreem_Tech (who's been extrememly polite to a potential customer), Team HK head office and the official agent of Team in Hong Kong...

    Nice set there and thanks for testing it under some good stress conditions (SP32M, SP2004 and M4W, ivo0613 Being a bit dissapointed by few tests lately with 1M benches only. Thanks again!

    Have you tried to see how far would they go at 8-3(or 2)-3-3.0 or maybe more volts?

    @OPB,

    Kevin, don't use 1333fsb strap and 4:5 ratio on BadAxe. It's whacked! Hipro5 said in in the other thread that at those BIOS settings, memory is almost 100% confirmed to be running 1:1 with FSB, not 4:5

    EDIT: I just think, that all BadAxe users that are testing memory, should stick with 1066fsb strap for now. I'm 100% sure that If you compare 350x8 (1066fsb) with 350x8 (1333fsb) and 4:5 you will get different results from benchmarks, worse on 1333fsb... Try it for yourself, please.

    i thought that is due to the less agressivenss of the MCH settings at 1333fsb to allow fsb to clock higher at least on badaxe... why else would at 1333fsb strap 1:1 is slower than 1333fsb strap 4:5 ?

    i am on 1333fsb strap and one set of my ddr2 max at around 423-426mhz at 2.2v on badaxe, when i tried 4:5 with 346fsb for 433mhz ram it wouldn't boot so i think 4:5 is indeed working

    These are all really something to be jealous about

    I've also been looking for teamgroups or some other decent 2Gb kit that doesn't cost $500 Hard to find here in Belgium though.
