Have you ever compared the energy consumption from a Yonah vs Merom?

I saw the following, measured directly at the plug, while running r@h:

Yonah @ 2,9 GHz with AutoVcore: approx 110 W - 115 W

Merom @ 2,75 GHz with AutoVcore: aaprox 150 W - 155 W

Both at AOpen i975Xa, Yonah with 1.04, Merom with 1.03b...

Do you have any experience with this?

BTW: will there bea new Merom-BIOS for the AOpen?
