SMD/Mosfet grabbers

I have been watching, how japans do their mods and found an interesting and easy way to do it. But where to get those grabbers, that are small enought, to grab a chip (white grabber).
Could please sb help me out, i am from Europe.

Still the best way is to solder wires directly to components

thx, i'll look into it, I know soldering is the best way, but i lately come across with a lot of hardware, just for testing and they usually doesn't want sb to solder on board that have to be returned.
