    Thanks first.
In fact, I used to be a guest here before seeing grate scores and shares here!
It's time to give some feedback..

    Here's my equipment...

    MB: Aopen i975Xa-YDG
    CPU: Yonah T2500es
    RAM: Micron Fatbody D9 1Gx2
    Graphic: Powercolor x800GT
    PSU: Zippy 460w
    Cooler: packed cooler

This MB is quite weird, my D9 can run 3333 under 2.0v,
but enter the XP, it will change to 3339 or 3338
it really troubles me a lot!

can anyone have suggestion or solutions to me?

    Thanks!

    Guys, bad news...
    my T2500 still can't run over 2.55Ghz...
    even under SP94 and S9500...

    I think I really don't have luck,
so I just send this back to my pal and ask him to send another T2500 to me.

    To PcCI2iminal:
    thx for answering!
maybe new bios will solve the problem.

Your D9 played ok King Kong???

I think you are my big brother.....King kong + GoriLLas...
When Mercedes brought their C111 to Talledega years ago and blew away the closed course record did it count? Yes..
That was a "factory" car and a "one of" that no one could buy and was never sold.
Records are records and that is a fact so get over it.

Seems to be an Aopen problem

This problem was mentioned 02/27/2006 by dbode in the "hwluxx test" of the aopen. 2x512 MB Corsair 5400 UL were used

    I quote :
    >> ich kann 3-2-2-4 einstellen, in windows kommt allerdings nur 3-2-2-8 an.
der speicher läuft immer unter seinen möglichkeiten <<

    transl. :
Though I can adjust 3-2-2-4 (in Bios) , in windows you see 3-2-2-8 only .
    memory runs under its capabilities.

b.t.w did you update the bios , a.f.a.i.r memory performance is slightly enhanced in 1.02. ??

    regards

I have the same T2500 chip - except it's in an Acer 8204 laptop with 2 gigs RAM. Clocks are at 12x167 = 2Ghz and runs super-pi in 30seconds. Only if there was a way to overclock this chips in a laptop and it would truely be the ultimate portable workstation!

The laptop is absolutely amazing even if I can't overclock the beast.
