    Ive been following this closely and I must say that's awesome.

    I have a question though. By double edge sword on the PCI-E clocks, what are you referring to?

    he's referring to teh 100mhz that the PCI-E Bus uses.

    he is saying that it needs to go higher like 113Mhz to be truly devastating... however by increasing that you can run into other problems. that is why most board manufacturers use a "Lock"

    33k single card 3dmark 03' smashed
    Could end up somewhere between 34-35k on final runs. This is just ridiculous for single card mark 03:
    Put with other single card screeneshots below.

    Almost at 55k 01 with cpu at 3950mhz too. 682 fps nature now with 1029/1064, but still drag low bug. MY dl is only 918 at the clocks, adn should easily be over 1020fps. DH is at 480, and again it should be way higher. I calculate I'm missing around 1800-1900 points from both drags. It really is frustrating trying to problem solve it. No screenie, but I'll publish when I can(01 orb seems down)

    interesting... Would it help getting past 600mhz core on 7800GTs or is it just needed for crazy stuff like 800+

    AFI - I won't speak for kingpin, but adjusting the pcie does seem to stabilize core clocking at different intervals and speeds. Really have to experiment though.

    Yeah I saw OPP saying that too, I've only seen it mentioned since the 7900's came out...I wonder if it would help on the 7800 series too...but my gt is now sold and I am running a spare x800xl till my 7900 gt comes in and I will test with that and post some results on how much it helps...

    Sorry for the Off Topic. Kingpin ur clocks are SICKENING!!! Keep up the AMAZING work man, looking forward to SLI results and maybe a new 01 wr aswell... seeing this stuff reminds me why I love this stuff so much!
