Anybody who have this board that can tell how stable the CPU voltages are?
I would like to know if it's better or worse than the old DFI lanpartys (the ones with 3-phase power).
Maybe somebody who have both boards that have swapped the DFI to the ASUS, and can tell which one that the CPU goes higher on (stable of course)?

They said vcore + vid totaled up to 1.7v but vdimm is still locked around 3.2v or 3.3v from what I've heard.

1.55 is max vcore for this board and 3.2 max vdimm

JasonDTM: yes, but that doesn't tell anything about the vCore stability

SIOUX: no, it should be two vCore settings, and it should be possible to get over 1.7v when you max both of them, that is for cpu's with 1.35v default voltage.

You are 100% correct! Also note it's dependant on the cpu you have installed.

As far as i can se in the vrzone review the bios let you get 1,4v + 0.02 from the other setting

"To boost core voltage over 1.4v, you can use the VCore over-voltage option to give it up to a +0.2v boost."

Anandtech tested up to 1.75v in their review if i remebered correctly, so vrzone must have missed one setting.. with a 1.35v cpu you have voltage first up to 1.55 (or whatever it was) and then there was another setting that could add +0.2v if i remembered correctly.

Anyway as i'm on air, this will be enough.

But then my question again. is the CPU voltage stable? or does it float alot?

Must admit, was left a little dissopinted with wht i saw at the vr-zone review. The board looks like its ok, but does not offer the crazy ovrclks tht DFI offer out the box. Unfortuntely its going to be a while be4 DFI board shows up (im guessing this).

Hopefully forum members can show tht my above thought are wrong

I am skipping ASUS this time. Should be a couple of weeks until it's available, or possibly sooner.

There is more space between the 2 x16 slots now... so it should be a better fit

All reviews say it's very stable on a high OC. It's a very promising board!

They started selling the boards a little early here.

If i only could figure out how to get the board stable over 300 MHz HTT. The bios Tony posted is slightly better for OC though.
