Yup should be child's play already with that card speed

This one is with cards at only 732/765 (default cooler and default IQ):

CPU is at 16x220 1:1 so using RAM divider for higher RAM Speed will give an additional boost for it.

Awesome scores, both Sampsa and Macci! I'm really curious to see which of them pulls off 20k first. Although I have a sneaking suspicion that Macci may have already done it or seen it done in a test environment.

Either way, these are some really nice cards. Now crank up the volts and the clocks!

While everyone was breaking out the dry ice and cascades on their NV 512s, Macci already had the record broken on air cooled cards and with full image quality in our lab. And he wasn't even trying....since then the record has gone up a bit. Regardless the REAL fun will begin shortly.

By the way, an 18.6K run with full image quality and zero corruption is a sight to see!

LOL, 3dmark07 talk already. I still have to d/l 06 and try it out.

I love both ATI and nVidia, but I'm so happy to see the crown leave nVidia... will be nice for the consumer.

Macci and Sampsa, you both deserve a few thousand pats on the back for all this, simply astounding. Can't wait to see how this turns out, I wouldn't be surprised if 20k has already been done, just gotta wait for that first post from an aspiring overclocker at 20,xxx for macci to submit his person best and blow them out of the water.

As Macci works with ATi now, I suspect the motherboard used would be based on to be released soon RD580 .
