You need to install Microsoft's .NET prior to installing Watch Dog.

Any progress with the non-.NET version? I've got a bunch of 3.0 HT machines here dying to crunch in stealth mode.

I left the optimized files on three 3GHz P4 HTs. Ban me.

Sorry, I haven't had any time to work on it. Been too busy with work and doing things around the house right now. I'll try to get to it sometime soon though.

    Should be in :
    C:\Program Files\D2OL Xtreme Watch Dog\

There, you should find the settings.ini file.

Unfortunately no time soon, it’s been really crazy at work so I don’t have the time right now. Hopefully in the new year it will settle down a bit and I’ll have some free time again.

Just install .NET and be done with it!!!

I've found if you are running d2ol daddy as a service it doesn't even work.

It runs better as a service... some ppl have had problems getting D2OL daddy to work right on there rigs when it's running as a service.

the XS WD is totally out of the way.

Ya it's built as a native service instead of just trying to get a standard exe to run as a service with srvany.exe and instsrv.exe. It also has some advanced options as well like the ability to restart the d2ol services if they stop.

by chance, will this work with the standard d2ol client? I dont really want to install everything and ect, could I just install rod's client, and move the node file to that directory and use this, or are you planning on making it compatible with sengents version?
