P5Q Dlx has backplates on the mosfets heatsinks, no warping anymore, Asus finally took care of their bad mounts... Tried with the stock heatsinks and now back on water... board is as rigid as can be
I'll check Mosfet Temp Looser777 for ya (will switch off my 25 cm sidepanel fan)
Board is now $199 with free ups 3Day @egg.:D
i can get only 570 for now..

is there any ram divider works better rather than the 5:6 ?
The screws of the mosfets heatsinks come off easilly ?
Hi guys , most of you are multiple mobo owners , do you prefer this to a 790i ? I have only had mine a week and am already looking at making a move as this baby looks like its got the right stuff .
Niz - did you find your info ? There are a few in this large thread but its looking good mate .
.
I played another time, this is max under air for this cpu:

PL its ??
Performance Level
ohhh... new toys arrived :D

@Chri$ch
It's great stuf there mate :)
I will get the P5Q DLX as soon as it is released here in Egypt but I will have to sell my Foxconn MARS
No new bioses ? :D
I just ordered the P5Q3 deluxe from newegg, will be here soon......ill see how it does with my Q9450 and report back.
If someone with P5Q series could have a look here and compare how P5Q series looks like compared to M2F, it would be nice! :)

and the P5Q-E ?
sorry guys,
what are the differences between p5q pro deluxe and premium?
thanks
Got my Precious Gskills in the rig doing some tests at 1200mhz ram to determine the performance level
With 400FSB I can get 6 performance level
http://users.pandora.be/OAP/P5QDlx/400-1200.JPG
Will do 500FSB in a bit
Validation already :) Damn I love this board
http://users.pandora.be/OAP/P5QDlx/4500-1200.JPG
With 500FSB Performance level 8 with ram at 1200Mhz
http://users.pandora.be/OAP/P5QDlx/500-1200.jpg
I see the vcore increase from 400x10 to 500x8 is that really required or you set it "just in case"?
Anyway, by this results we see that the P45 is not that bad as some people said and low PL is doable :D
I'll have mine by tomorrow so keep us up to date with results and bios settings when possible.
Leeg can you post NB, PLL etc. voltages for 500FSB Performance level 8 with ram at 1200Mhz?
So far it has been interesting.
I was able to hit 8x450FSB using 2x1GB 5-5-5-15-3-25 PL7 & 400FSB Strap but was not able to keep it prime stable. The highest FSB I was able to keep stable w/ the same timings and 2 sticks was 440 but for 24/7 this is what I stuck with:
I there a pencil mod for Vcore on this board? With Loadline Disabled there's a ~.08V difference between Idle and Load. I would like to shoot for 9x425MHz but it would take >1.4V for me to do it w/ LLC disabled. It would be nice to cut the difference in half since I don't like enabling LLC, especially above 1.3V.PHP Code:

As for 4x1GB sticks I was unable to do anything worth while. It took PL10 just to boot into windows @ a 400FSB Strap & 1066MHz using 5-5-5-15-3-42 timings but errored out of Prime w/in 3 minutes.
Can someone tell me a functional nbv range on this board w/ 4 sticks of RAM?
I'm currently testing my 2x2GB OCZ FlexII's. They seem a little more well behaved than 4x1GB Cell Shocks.
I was unable to get them to run on the 400 Strap which was the case when using them on my DFI x48 board so I am currently using the 266 Strap. I have a feeling that I will need to delve into DRAM Clock Skew if I want to reach anything close to 1066MHz.PHP Code:

If anyone has any tips on how to run 4x1GB sticks at a decent performance level on this board let me know.
There wasn't an option to delete the vdroop?
What is the function of Load Line Calibration??
