obviously, not all rev1.1 are so bad ;)
All I can say that I had some extensive testing done on both UD3P Rev1.0 and Rev1.1 in several different boards and they are all the same to me. Same voltages for same clocks and voltage stability also the same.

and on my E8500 i gotten 7.5X600 :D
Coming up my new IBT&Prime95 stable Q9650@4680Mhz (520x9) rams at 1300Mhz PL8. I only needed 1.32vtt but MCH Core is needed a little bit more then usual from 1.45 to 1.60.
Vtt for 4752Mhz stable also doesn't need to go higher then 1.36vtt.
not convinced with this motherboard
hi lads
I bought this after reading countless good reviews and have played with it for some time, only managed to get 5 different sets of ram to run at a max of 1120 mhz, that was 2gig kit of crucial ballistix on 5-5-5-15, tried this with corsair pc2-6400c3 - no go there - had crucial tracer 2gig - no go - had 2gig kit reapers pc2-9200 - they were unstable on this board - got 4gig pc2-8500 g-skill they can only go 1080mhz - do i need to loosen those timings a bit - thinking about team xtreme aswell but they are quite expensive, maybe its the cpu which is limiting me.
i have a xeon 3045 - quite hard as only have multi of 6 or 7 - 450fsb -hate the ram options on this - linked to fsb,so anything above 450fsb - u need ram that can hit 1100mhz -think that is not great-given that this board is capable of running ddr2 ram at 1366+ mhz
did have a qx9650 for a couple of weeks, but as soon as i altered voltages the temps on the cpu rocketed,so i sold that- i like the xeon as it runs ultra cool just struggling to find the right set of ram that can take me higher.
wanted to also ask in the bios on health management what things in there need to be disabled, and what ram recommendations would you lads suggest,
any advice would be great, cheers in advance
