    R410A-Cooler

I built a unit with a big Rotary for R410A yesterday. Will charge it with R410A today, when there are no leaks.
    Parts used:
    LG GK151P R-410A
    0,67kw condenser
    1m DN12 Suction line
    0,9mm captube

yes, gives good temps at 0psig (-52c/-61.6f), but condensing pressures are pretty high, 432psig at 50c/122f, steps up to 543psig at 60c/140f . Best make sure those brazed joints are good and that fan is crankin , have to make sure your gauges are rated for it too.

    That's one big condensor!
but combined with that compressor and refrigerant, it should perform really nice

I don't think that condensor gets 50*C. the condensor is rated at 670watt which is often with a deltaT of 15K, so I think the condensor will remain below 40*C.

I think it will kick ass...

It may remain below 40c where you are, but ambient temps here are often 35-45 so it's something that I always think of , and so should the guys who make and sell units to people in other parts of the world where ambient conditions could be quite different to where they're manufactured. Nice system but, very neat and professional looking .

Had not much time today, but I was able to do the elctronics and fire it up for some minutes. The unit is awesome. Tomorrow load test with 180w.

this is a great little unit cold_ice.

you are making quite a name for yourself here, keep it up
I used to have links here demonstrating how awesome I am, but it's been so long that they're not very relevant (and the pictures have disappeared), so I guess I'll have to get working on new stuff.

I have condensors very similar with 240v fan attached, but the core design is a tubeless design and suppose to be more efficent. The one I use which looks to be a similar size is rated at 740w. Tehy work very good . Good work Cold_Ice, it's some seriously cool looking SS
