Adding the MB cooler is causing me tube routing issues. I could do a second loop but that is going to clutter things up. Any ideas?

Go cpu > gpu's > down to bottom inlet of mobo block > res.
You could also consider going parallel for your gpu's. Which would make things a bit cleaner.
How's the board block setup? I'm going to assume it's a single block for VRM's and bridges. You may want to consider going with two loops (loop 1: CPU & VRM's, loop 2: GPU 1 & GPU 2). Another option would be a Y-splitter. A third would be to setup the GPU's in parallel and then run as follows...
Pump -> CPU -> Mobo -> GPU 1 & 2 -> Res
Were do you plan to put the radiator?
The parallel option looks to be best option.

Like this...
My rad is in the bottom of the case. If you check my build log you can see it in the pics.
F paralell the gpu's seeker!
double bridges = more stability in mounting.. meaning when you need to pull your gpu's out, having 2 bridges to hold is better then 1.
And it looks better also!
Here's what I'm thinking. Makes for a very tidy loop...

If it's possible to use the bottom left thread of the reservoir, I'd move the upper barb on the reservoir to that position, and then route it like this:

Similar story if you want to run them parallel:

As for the connectors, you could go the expensive way with EK's dual Parallel bridge and 2 GeForce Links, or you could get two of these.
I personally prefer the look of tubing between the GPU's vs. the Acetal bridge... but I like to see the working pieces. :)
well if u use a eK bridge, then it wont matter.
But basically attach both ports to both cards.
The top card only has a port open on 1 side, while the two are open on the bottom.
The bottom card has 2 ports which are open on top, and 1 open on the bottom.
The F parallel means as it says.
Say u have 2 F's, but the second one is flipped.
That way u got 2 L's feeding in even paths, so its a true parallel.
But as i said if ur using an EK bridge, its moot, if not, then i would use some dplugs as bridges.
GRRRR Edit..
Seeker, is that the proper orientation ur going to have this unit?
So It looks like a TJ-07 with an inveresed mobo plate?
So can i assume u will have a plate below that cpu?

Use that bottom plate to hide your routing.
And try to uniform the ups and downs like so.
So from pump -> Cpu -> back under the plate -> to another pump for redundancy -> board block -> gpu -> gpu->back again under the plate -> Res -> Pump -> cpu.

NaeKuh,
The MB will be inverted just like the last (TJ07) build. I try to hide everything under the midplate, but you can only hide so much! Two pumps, two rads, the tubing, the wires and not to mention the PSU.
Currebrly, Alexandros is winning for the $1,000.00 gift certificate for H20 cooling parts, less shipping:D
As always, thanks for your input!
NaeKuh.
You did not identify my spelling error, shame on you!
Trust me, I have so many H20 parts, I can make it fit. However, I would like to make it look nice too!
I love it when you chime in.
BTW, where is Shazza?
And yes, there is a "Gift Certificate" for the winner or winners.......
lol... nvm... jsut saw i did the same exact thing as alexandros!! hahaha
I have basically narrowed it down to these two options;

They are both good potions, but I still cannot decide. Any thoughts or opinions?
Parallel the GPU's, thats my vote... I just like the looks of it better.
The second one looks a lot better. And no need for another elbow that way.
I'm partial to my suggested loop as I think it makes for a slightly tidier loop. ;)
They're both good though.
