Thanks for the info once again guys.
- The RAM is indeed in the blue slots.
- Been trying all day, and so far I'm unable to get it stable @ DDR3-2133....
- Would help if I knew the exact timings it was rated for @ that speed, but different software gives me different SPD info. Can I trust HWiNFO32?
- At this point, I've considering making do with a lower speed.
...
in other news, I've successfully booted into 4.8ghz (testing now)...
Oddly, this Japanese fellow's exact settings got me there:

I'm using LLC lvl2 not 1.
I did not disable Hardware Prefetcher or Adjacent Cache Line Prefetcher; I'm not sure why he claims that it will "slow you down" (according to Google translation)...
On the one hand, I *do* want to run this thing with "decent" voltage. If I don't, then my Tuniq Tower 120 Extreme was nothing but a waste of money. On the other hand, I do *not* want to kill this CPU.
I ran my old Core 2 Duo E6400 @ 3.2ghz + over-volt with EIST and C1E disabled non-stop for ~4 years without problems. That's kind of what I'm hoping for from this build.
