Thanks..Should I try "moderate" and PL10 at the same time or if moderate passes then PL10-9-8? Also, if this don't pass should I increase my voltage more then 1.94? Thanks!!

Just don't leave any voltage for NB, PLL and FSB term at auto... nor at it's lowest level... might be a good idea to redo the RAID completely , I had some slow performance with my P5K dlx transfer to P5Q Dlx
Try the PL levels first, for me they bring the most gain in eg the bandwith tests after static read control... it might be that it boots at 8 but is far from stable. I usually do a quick test with a SuperPI 32MB for each core, so for a dual core 2 instances for a quad four... try 10-test-9-test-8... then if all is stable try moderate...much depends on ya rams... good luck...
I'm going to re-do my RAID completely... been planning to for a while.
What should I set those at for a 65nm dual core? I'm used to 975x voltages for nb, and I've never done anything with PLL or FSB termination or anything like that because the BIOS on my DFI Infinity doesn't have those options.
Start at stock speeds first... with the lowest voltages mentioned below... the voltages on the right are the max I would set for 24/7
All CPU GTL Voltage Reference:Auto
CPU PLL Voltage: 1.52-1.6
FSB Termination Voltage: 1.2-1.3
DRAM Voltage: caution ram overvolts +/- 0.08 so 1.92 is 2.0 in reality
NB Voltage: 1.12-1.3
NB GTL Reference: Auto
SBridge Voltage: Auto
PCIE SATA Voltage: Auto
CPU Spread Spectrum: Disabled
PCIE Spread Spectrum: Disabled
CPU Clock Skew: Auto
NB Clock Skew: Auto
Keep us posted how it goes...

What exactly is "FSB Strap to North Bridge"?
I'm finding better stability with Higher FSB's / Lower Voltages using 333Mhz instead of 400Mhz.
When I had FSB Strap to North Bridge set to 400Mhz, I couldn't get stability @ 3.8GHz (475FSB) even with 1.37v and all other volts set high.
With FSB Strap to North Bridge set to 333Mhz, I'm @ 3.8Ghz full rock solid stable with just 1.35000v and all other volts lower then I ever had.
Is there a negative to 333Mhz as oppose to 400Mhz?
That is interesting - if indeed that is the case, then why is all over this thread 400Mhz the recommended setting for FSB Strap to North Bridge? Not knowing much about this setting, I was quite honestly following the 'recommended'. By chance I happened to take a peek at another user's BIOS Settings, who was stable at 3.8Ghz with much lower voltages & settings then I was, who had 333Mhz, and I thought about giving it a shot. Seems to be working wonders for me.
edit..
This chip is a Q6600 L745A (VID 1.325)

I think your chip can do better than that.
Hmmm well I never went down to the 6x multiplier. I guess high fsb trumps high clock speed in all cases? Please post your bios settings, also which bios are you using? Oh ya and I have 2x2gb PC2-8000 (OCZ Platinum XTC), but one of my sticks is bad so I have to get it RMA'd.
I have same fsb with 803 and 1102 BIOSes
Most of the settings were on Auto in my 500+fsb runs!

1.5v on the northbridge for 500fsb!???
Hi,
is it good settings for Q9450 for 3200Mhz?
I'm not sure about CPU GTL Voltage, is 0.63 safe for this CPU?]
Thanks

I am running the 400 strap on my p5q-e/E6750 fine,400fsb/800 ram 1:1 400strap.
That is the exact same thing that happens to my Q6700! About 1 month ago I tried 400fsb strap and no boot at all. In fact I had to clear my CMOS because I couldn't restart or anything, and then when I did get CMOS cleared and settign restored minus the strap I was no longer stable at my previous setttings so I think I screwed something up somehow, I will never use 400strap again out of fear.
