I got my P5K Deluxe over the weekend and my Q6600 (with an Ultra 120 Extreme and Noctua NF12 fan) overclocks nicely to 3.5ghz on 1.425v. It sits ~45 idle and 65 on load. I still need to play around with it more to see how far I can push it. The AMI bios does a nice job of recovering from pushing it too far.
The only issue I've had with it is my ram. I have
Mushkin 4GB HP2-6400 (rated 5-4-4) that just refuses to go past 440 FSB. It can do 440 at 4-3-3, but it just will not boot at anything higher. I can relax the timings to 5-5-5, set NB to 1.55, FSB voltage to 1.3, raise dimm voltage to 2.25v, but it just will not POST at anything above 440mhz. Any ideas?
