Well to start out with if your board is like mine vdroop is HUGE on this board with a quad. You may want to try out loadline. I generaly keep my vtt close to my vcore at load, a little higher with LLC disabled and a littler lower with it enabled. You shouldn't heed that much voltage on your northbridge either. Just set your PLL to 1.56 since it dosen't need to be higher and at auto, 1.52, and 1.54 it overvolts from what I hear. I havent tested that out with a DMM myself.
Your GTLs are based off of your vtt. For example your vtt is set to 1.32 and your cpu GTL is set to 0.650. So, 1.32x0.65= 0.858. That is your actual GTL. You want to keep that between 0.8v and 1.0v. It's all trial and error really and a 0.05 difference in your GTLref can make the difference in stability. You should really read
