What steps should I take?

This is stable for 8 hours + prime with cpu temps in low 60s max, nb is 3-5 degrees more
Also passed 50 iterations Intelburn, max temps 75-78, avg 73
What should I try adjusting to get higher clocks? I can boot and run at 500x9 but not as stable as I like, and lots more volts with high IB temps- in 90s. I am putting in the new g.skill lv 1200 sticks this weekend and hope that will help things.
I wanted to ask early in the week to get suggestions. I have tried several hundred combinations and logged all. Honestly I have no clue what I am doing- how different settings relate. I have discovered that different settings with the same speed yeild different super pi results, with the fastest being somewhat more stable.
I greatly appreciate the constructive criticism and advise. I have learned much in this forum.

Gigabyte UD3P - Help Needed
*HELP* - With the following settings I was able to get Prime95 stable for a little over seven hours which is where I stopped the test. BUT when I put my computer to sleep overnight and try to turn it back on in the morning it won't start up. The lights turn on...then they shut off...then they turn back on...and shut back off until I turn off the power and restart the computer. Then it's fine again. What setting is causing this to happen?
