Not certain it'll help, but you could try ensuring quickboot is turned off in bios. Perhaps it's not properly POSTing or initialising parts of the board. I know it causes issues with the experience index. I don't actually use the LAN ports (yet) so can't really suggest anything else. Best of luck!
