hello DFI Support
come on... i asked serveral times for Xeon X5650 / X5660 Support but
for me i got no competive answer. I wait for 3 Month now with this expensive
CPU and still no support. in January, they told my to support this within
the next weeks, not the next years.
All i got was a "Don't now if/when/why..."
You can't call this "support" where ever the responsible people does't know
anything.
So i am right that there is no plan in doing work at DFI? There must be an
bios project plan, milestones, goals to reach for every board and bios
programming.
Is DFI really a ten people company, one person for coding bios files, two for
board development, two for sale, one financial manager and four for tidy up
in afternoon?
This kind of project and support managemant is an evidence of incapacity
when you ask me and i know you don't.
I work in support by myself in an company with 1700 people. If i had no
answer, i go to the responsible manager for that, anybody will have a
answer.
Perhaps i'm wrong and this support here and in DFI Club forum got nothing to do with dfi and there is no contact between sides. Then ist my fault, sorry that i blame you.
So let me know that.
But thanks for your empty answers. Thanks a lot.
regards.
