I set all the last one's to all disabled like all of you have, and it didn't work (that was the only change to the above settings).
I'm going to try upping it a bit more (3.8 maybe) and see if it'll boot with those enabled
EDIT:
Same settings above, except multi @ 9.5 (9.5 x 400 = 3.8) and boots & runs fine. Seems to be adjusting fine as far as voltages go. vcore is around 1.33
sorry it was my mistake, at the beginning I set the “DRAM Timing Selectable” to manual, but that caused problems, tried to change various settings but nothing worked! so I left it at auto.
now I discovered that when it was at manual it was like this:
corrected it and everything is running smoothly now :up:Code:CAS Latency Time...............[ 5 ].........[ 5 ]

at this moment my “DRAM Performance Control” is:
first it was like thisCode:Performance Enhance.............................[ Turbo ]

(G) MCH Frequency Latch.........................[ 333 ]
System Memory Multiplier........................[ 2.40B ]
Memory Frequency ..............1066...... ......1020

then I tried to follow what PortCitySlim said and what i was in the link I mentioned to higher my ram frequency.Code:Performance Enhance.............................[ Turbo ]
Extreme Memory Profile (XMP)....................[ Auto ]
(G) MCH Frequency Latch.........................[ 400 ]
System Memory Multiplier........................[ 2.0D ]
Memory Frequency ..............1066...... ......890
DRAM Timing Selectable..........................[ Manual]
2.4 multiplier wasn’t available when latch is @ 400, but it was @ latch 333 (and came with the letter B not D)
i'm thinking of giving 2.5 a shot to bring the frequency a little bit higher than 1066 since my memory voltage now is set to 2.1 (which my shallow knowledge gives me a feeling that my current frequency doesn’t require it  )
@PortCitySlim: you encouraged me to the 3600 idea and that’s what I did  but at lower voltages than you mentioned, I even managed to pass prime95 at less vcore but left it at 1.25 (in bios) since it’s already too low
still concerned about the 2.1vram (here had similar settings @ 0.9) and same vcore with higher FSBCode:******Motherboard Intelligent Tweaker (M.I.T.)******

The first thing that catches my eye is your MCH/DRAM Reference. I would adjust this to 1.050 like your channel A/B reference. These settings I gave you last night for 2.1v RAM are exactly the same settings that Hoss331 is using for his overclock stability and they are passing 8+ hour Prime95 blends. I use a lower ram voltage but it lowers down easily enough, for every .02v you lower your RAM you will notice that the reference for that lowers .01v. I am at 2.00v RAM and a 1.000 reference.
Leaving your CPU TM and No-Execute might not cause you problems(I used to run with them enabled). But remember down the line when you try a blend/OCCT RAM large ftt packet test that disabling these can sometimes solve buggy instability problems.
Setting your performance enhance to turbo might not improve your performance overall, after tweaking you might get better settings to boot on standard. I would say that you should start with Standard and after your finished tweaking everything see if you can run on Turbo. My RAM settings are exactly as follows...
And this is what I get when I run Everest....Code:******DRAM Performance Control******

Does anyone know whether separate NB watercooling is an option?
Or does the whole sink needs to be removed thus the MOSFET's need an extra cooler too?
Thank in advance,
At 425fsb you should be using the 266/2.50A. If port sent you my template the only reason its set to 2.00 is because this ram will not run with the 2.40B strap at 482FSB. For me 2.00D at PL9 gives me slighty better everest scores than 2.00B at PL10. Also am I seeing that correctly you have PLL set to 1.15?
i've just bought another ud3r, now i've a pair.
just a question at the moment: how does work xmp? is it really useful?
@jor3: does domino liquid cooling works well? maybe i'm going to buy it ;)
aha ... so the "MCH/DRAM Reference" is somehow connected with A/B reference?
I’ll set it to 1.050, but do you think I should try to lower the ram voltage a little bit?
2.060 with 1.030 A/B reference and MCH/DRAM Reference? like what you gave Hoss331 here ?
ok I’ll disable it, I just thought that those would help me not frying CPU or Memory
will set it to standard, I just kept it to Turbo cuz that’s what it was when everything was at stock
do you think I should set “Static tRead Value” at 8 instead of 9 like your settings? Specially that mine already shows 8 as a default value!
didn’t really understand but I’ll give 266/2.50A a shot
you mean "CPU PLL"? it's @ 1.50 not 1.15
manny thanks for all the help everyone
Sounds perfect, thank you a lot!
Finally...had to use 333 strap and GTLs needed to be .838, its prime blend, small and LinX stable over 4.0Ghz.

very well. what about vcore settng in bios? does it vdrop a lot?
if any one is interested im selling my two g.skill pc8800 kits 2x2gb for a total of 8 gigs and my E8500 EO Q827A272 in the F/S section.i just got my first set of g.skill 9600's and soon to be getting another,so no need for the 8800's.
Better stability and higher FSB. As a reference test, I used F4 and kept everything on auto except vcore, PLL, and VTT. I was able to run 471x8.5 P95 stable for an hour. Every other BIOS with the exact same settings (vcore, PLL, and VTT were manually set to the same options as I did in F4) failed P95 within 10 mins.
@dnottis what are your settings ?
also can you try 8X500 ?
