I have one on the table here...however its a 5600+ windsor
IHS is scratched up, I've mounted it 30+ times...
max freq I could get was 3790

but I ran into CB issues and the highest CPU-Z dump was 3.71...I still need to revisit that. highest CPU-Z on ambient was 3.6

I've had this chip to 3.2Ghz on high end water. It has a cold bug though and won't boot up past 0*c.

Don't have pics at hand, but my old-school amd rig is rocking an almighty mobile k6-III+ 500 ANZ @600/2.0V. I still have the previous K6-2+ 550 ACZ for spares (would also do 600/2.0V, but has less 128KB L2), and a not so phenomenal older K6-III-P 380 AFK mobile part.
Almost forgotten, there's also a regular K6 200 and a k6-2 333 in the closet, but anything without L2 on socket 7 isn't worth mentioning. K6-III+ and K6-2+ is simply another league.
