Gigabyte GTX 570 with EK full-cover

Is this VGA (click) compatible with this full cover (click)?

I think that VGA is reference, but it isn't in the compatibility list of the block (click).

The description of the block says "block for nVidia new PCB reference design (NVA-P1263) GeForce GTX 570", so there are two reference design for the GTX 570?
There are physical differences between the two designs that make the block incompatible?
What's the pcb version of the Gigabyte GV-N570D5-13I-B?

    Thanks.
    Sorry for bad English.

EK only makes a full cover waterblocks for the GIGABYTE GeForce GTX 570 OC 1.25GB GDDR5 (GV-N570OC-13I) rev.1.0.

For all other versions, there isn't an EK waterblock.

GV-N570OC-13I-B looks like it's built around the original P1261, judging by the output connector, the heatsink and the logo 'nVidia' on the bottom near the PCIe connector.
I believe the classic EK-FC580 GTX+ should fit this card.

    Edit: Bingo - http://pclab.pl/art44087-3.html - this is a P1261 reference card!

Other than that here's a little insight on different 570 PCB designs:

    Gigabyte GV-N570OC-13I rev.1.0.:
    - reference design P1261
    - fits EK-FC580 GTX(+)

    Gigabyte GV-N570OC-13I rev.2.0.:
    - Gigabyte's own design
    - does not fit any EK FC

And this is nVidia new reference PCB P1263 which fits on EK-FC570 GTX SE:
