LLiH ... not trying to be rude here, but there are lots of references around to help you make your decisions. Did you check out the link I posted? You may also want to do a search for push/pull etc.

Here is some data that may be helpful wrt push / pull setups.

push & Pull on any fan wins over 1 fan.

So any 2 fans in push / pull would beat a single GT.

You are not rude at all man! I know I ask a lot. But I am not an expert at interpreting the graphs and such. I would love to learn it though.

I typically use push only and it works for me. However, I use high RPM fans undervolted and I crank them up when I need to. They probably get loud, but I would never know, with headphones or the speakers cranked up, I never hear the fans.

2 GT's and your just straight up bored with money to burn.
Thats 6 total just for fans.. ~ 120 dollars... id rather throw in another pump + Top and run yates on my radiator.

Serious note... 2 GT's would only be beaten by 2 fans of greater caliber.

2 GT's no... 2 Yates over 1 GT most definitely, provided you had to space.

Well what if I say I can afford 6 GT 1850? You still think I should get yates?

then i think u should relook at your system and see where u can invest to boost performance, over getting 6 gt's and just get yates.

there are other ways u can spend 120 dollars to improve performance noticeably.

GT's are nice... but they have a niche.. if your budget is so large, you can fit that niche and then some... u need to find a bigger niche.

ie Hardware wise.... better gpu SLI gpu's... SSDs, Raiding SSDs.

Trim, and garbage collection... bah... but i dont have storage issues on my SSD's. :P

Well I allready bought 6 GT's because I had the chanse to get them. Currently I got 3 GT 1850 in push, from the inferior of the radiator RX 360. Would it help addind the 3 others in Push Pull?

it would help if you said i have these in hand.

Would it help? yes, if you stack them or any fan in the rear for that matter, you will cheat static.

That means u can turn all your fans on that rad down lower, for less noise, yet still keep the performance.

Will you get better performance if u had them all on high?
Well that is dependant on your system in relationship to flow + ambients + load.

So its hard to answer that question...

The close you get to ambient.. room temp which the fans are sucking air, the less and less returns you will get.

    And i mean exponentially less.

In short, what most people are happy with, is that upper curve in water cooling... as it starts to take off, where gains are most widely seen.

As you go further in... you almost go out to a flat line... to some, that flat line is nice because it has the least amount of variation.

So its up to where u are currently at in that line.

I'm sorry, but I did not understand that. I am not a pro at water cooling. Could you brief that? lol

1 fan = single static point + noise.

    2 fan = double static point + 2x noise.

However DB ranking is done by a factor of 10, so having 2 fans is not double DB.

Also having 2 static points allow u to turn fans lower, so in short, you can get less noise and more static having 2 fans.

Static = important on radiators period.

What do you think of the Silverstone's Air Penetrator or Tornado fans? Do they perform well?
