Wow..very nice!
I like the compact dual pump placement..and looks great.

The holes we've drilled will only fit 3mm wide LEDs. Ours are super bright. I'm not sure if your 5mm are more or less. The ones we currently stock are definitely much brighter than earlier-gen 5mm LED's.

Tim, is your reservoir safe for Jagermeister?
"Thing is, I no longer consider you a member but, rather a parasite...one that should be expunged."
If only I could run seperate loops with this...(as in not a shared res)
awesome
Heh, nevermind - actually reading the first post helps.

Yeah your right....I will cheer you on! GO HALO GO!
Just ordered mine. Can finally take out the cracked T-3 and try to RMA it. And not have to worry about my computer dying from leaks. I can acutually put it fully back together
(I was waiting for the DD res, but I really just needed anything that wasn't gonna leak.)

Beautiful.
And 110 dollars? How is that expensive
I was expecting it to be ALOT more with those comments. It's a solid block of acetal for one, and when you consider the cost of two normal tops and a res its even more attractive.
This might convert me from my DDC worship. =D

I was trying to wait for the new DD 5 bay one... I might have to bite though as i can't wait another month to get this build up and going. Whats the difference between the 450 and 450s pumps? Looks as if at 24v the 450s has more head and gph than the 450 for the same price.
One has speed control knob the 450, the 450s doesn't. laing pumps are werid the letter is what they don't have.
Btw the 450 has a new revision with tach lead.

You are right, now that I think about it the first pump would just be sending fluid back into the res, so if the second fails then the fluid would just be circulating in the res and would not get pulled through the loop. If the first pump failed then the second pump would still pull fluid through the loop and therefore it would be redundant, so in the case you would have a semi redundant setup.

Any word on when these will be hitting retailers? Specifically in Europe?
If I'm a danger to myself just think what I could do to you.
This should give some redundancy.
...and for those worried about back flow, I suggest a pair of these.

Tim, If I may suggest a product. Good low restriction, low crack pressure check valves with G1/4" swivel fittings.

If your annoyed by sigs telling you to put things in your sig, then put this in your sig
Bribery won't work on me...just say NO to AT!!!
I'm pretty sure if you want to mod the res, you can make it truly redundant without check valves and such. all you'd need to do is run a line on the inside of the res, from either of the ports flowing water in to the res, to the inlet of one of the pumps, then on the back of the pump, run the outlet port to the other res input. Then the pumps are in series, and only one will pull coolant from the res.
That is if internally, you can put a barb on the pump inlet hole.

Unless I've mis-understood you, I don't think that won't give you the effect you want with a shared res feeding the pumps...
EDIT: It looks like I've mi-understood - are you suggesting tubing inside of the resevoir to give a direct feed from one external inlet to one of the pump internal inlets thus bypassing the shared res for one of the pumps? Are they threaded on the inside? is there clearance?

upgrading...
From the looks of that photo he had res to p1 to p2 inlet then internlly p2 inlet to p2 out connected and finally P2.
So water would go into res then p1 then p2 without mixing in the res again.
