Maybe your northbridge might need more voltage? Also, have you tried 2.4vdimm? I'm sorry I'm not familiar with your board.

Have you tried other dividers then 1/2 ? I dont know that board but have read that bios F4 has some problems with mem OC. Which one your using? There are more threads about this board dont know if youve seen them already:

    welcome to XtremeSystems onlyhero

Check the sticks individually, maybe one of them has been damaged?
do you have other mem to check if your board CAN run 1200mem properly?
Maybe its a bios issue or the board is damaged.

What are you setting your ram voltage to in bios? Make sure you're setting +.55V.

I dunno, I've had two sets of the same memory. The first set I rma'd for the same reason. The rma replacement set is awaiting RMA #. I can barely get it to do 560 or so and then not stable for even 1m Pi. I was looking forward to these as they should be really good, 600 @ 2.3 or 2.35v rated. Their rma service the first time was fantastic. Maybe some chips were not so good.
