Hi; I have a geil PC2-6400 Ultra GX22GB6400UDC series, Cpu-z shows week 27 , year 06 which chip ? I think sh**ty Aeneon or elpida !!!
GX21GB6400UDC / GX22GB6400UDC
4.0-4-4-12 @ 1.8 ~ 2.3V
Aeneon AET93F30D
Elpida
Micron D9GMH (B6-3) (only early versions)
nice to see a fellow dutchman over here r00n ;)
question though, you know if the crucial balistix 5300 3-3-3-12are stil d9gmh ? cause i'm about to buy ddr2 and i need some high clocking stuff for medium price. I can get these for 109.95 euro's. next would be the balistix 6400 4-4-4-12 those are 119.95 euro's. Both are set's of 2x1024 mb. The problem is the shipping, it costs 35 euro's... insane high.
ty
LyP0 they are still D9GMH afaik.
just get them strait of crucial, they're like €93 excl. VAT. a bargain if you ask me :D
here's a link
Think i'm going to buy Gskill pc8500 2gbhk 2x1024 mh ddr2. For the price of 125,90. 1066 mhz guaranteed. 15 euro's more expensive than the crucial 5300. but stock 400 mhz faster.
bought the gskill 8500 2gbhk kit. Still d9gmh :D i got the last set the store had in stock. And a gigabyte ga-n650sli-ds4, hope this will go like hell .
ramlist is down :(
we need to get it to come back up, then mirror it. assuming that would be okay with the owner of the site.
A-DATA Vitesta Extreme Edition 1066+
Micron D9GMH
Should I assume that the 4gig Patriot set here: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16820220227 is Elpida since the 2gig is? Mine has a Green PCB.
What Tracer?I know for 6400,they use gct.Higher model probably use gmh
Hell even my sh*t RAM uses D9s, :p: .
AFAIK they still have Micron D9 chips but G.Skill mixed GCT and GMH in the last few months
I have 2 x 512 MB of Kingston Value PC4200 (533). It has PSC chips with the code A3R12E3GEF on them. I so far have them Orthos stable & 25+ runs of memtest test 5 & 8 stable at 458MHz (DDR 916 MHz) at 5-5-5-12 @ 2.16v. I took them up to 486 MHz (DDR 972 MHz) 5-5-5-12 @ 2.16v no problems.
What other ram are these PSC chips used in?
What is their max 24/7 voltage?
Bad news about the Wintec AmpX DDR2 800 Cas5. Its now using Aeneon aet93r25d and not Micron D9GMH
I have just purchased the Corsair CMX512-8500 1GB kit. The code on the heatspreader is XMS 8505 v1.4. These are not listed on corsair's DDR2 IC list. What IC's are used on my ram?
Can anybody confirm that Ballistix Tracer 667 are D9GMH now?
Ballistix/Tracers 667 are cheap in Crucial EU store but they dont have regular Ballistix at stock, only Tracers.
I THINK they are gct
