Nice to hear @Expat GriZ, if you need new mounting for all sockets you can contact me. Sure you can @Mutant_Tractor. Those are prototypes. I will have final version next week. They are made from 6mm thich aluminium. There will also be new round plastic to have more isulation around evap.

I send you price for BACKPLATE for sure and for mounting was 50% more than backplate

I dont have cheap cnc since januray so for SURE I cant make price BELOW my real cost with minus profitable

Unit can hold 265W without any problem.

Quick test of noise level: 2 fans on 100%. Measured 15cm from the front of the unit, SS is without side pannels.

It is about 30 - 35 dB(A).

They are tuned for 265W, next week I'm getting 315W load tester and we will see how Rotary works on thaat load.

I finally finished my build! (for now)

Placed a phase-change unit in a LianLi V2010B.

I've got 1 of the old type of units with the 220V fan which makes lots of noise :(
So I changed the fans into 2x scythe slip stream 140 mm (push/pull).
Temps are a little bit better then original fan (+-5 °c without a load).

Suction line was a bit too long, but fixed that by routing it in bottom half of the case.

Tested it this week and it's working great, but I need to order some parts like power buttons, wc block for motherboard (vreg gets too hot), cable holder's, ... I can start painting the case when that arrives. Should be fully finished in about 1 month.

Hi. That is not possible. If your system is idle, power consuption of phase change unit is not that big than on load, but you can't run compressor at lower speed.

you can use a frequency inverter and select the frequency manuelly :D
but on singlestage it doesn´t make sense such a compressor, because you have to insulate all the parts so it doesn´t matter if you have -30°C or -45°C on idle.

I was thinking more along the lines of reducing energy consumption when the system is idling. There may be quite a few people not willing to part with cash based solely on how much its going to cost to run one of these compressors.

I use R507 and R134 in chiller. It is working 100% all the time.

To make waterchiller with adjustment I think it is the best way to use 2 different watercooling circles. Reservoir 8 - 10l doing circle through plate HX and back to reservoir, secoond circle from reservoir to CPU, GPU, NB...etc and back to reservoir.

one cycle is enough.
i tested it with more water cycles (3) to adjust the temp for the computer water cycle. but i wasn´t satisfied. so i only use one cycle.
this lowers costs because you only need one pump and you don´t need so much room for pumps and maybe another reservoir.

i tested it with this chiller, but made no photos of the 3 cycle test :D
