and as for being condescending, maybe a little out of line, yes, but what about 5 pages of posts blaming a reputable manufacturer because someone did not bother to research the product? A-Grey did not even purchase the card from EVGA as stated in the first post, he got it from a store in Belgium. The pictures he relied on were not on an EVGA website, the site was owned and operated by MPL. So you and the OP are stating that since MPL placed the incorrect picture on their website (which I might add does not list what block is on the card) EVGA is responsible for what MPL did, and as such EVGA should give him a product that he did not order or pay for.
Maybe EVGA should honor the 132-BL-E758-TR with the warranty of the 132-BL-E758-A1 since the picture is of the same product? Or if you buy something like the 01G-P3-1180-AR (1GB) for $350USD you should be able to get the 02G-P3-1185-AR (2GB) $420USD because they have the same picture. It's not the picture that matters it's the part number. If he had ordered an AR then he should get and AR, but he ordered an ER and got an ER. He should either take what he ordered and accept the mistake that he made, or take the out he was given and take the refund that they offered him, and not complain that EVGA gave him the wrong card because they didn't.
