This 550be is sweet. I don’t think it’s quite as good as my 965be but it’s close. I did get lucky this time and for only $90, this is the best AMD processor dollar for dollar that I have owned! :up:Quote:

I didn't really try too hard to get this result, but I did shut down unnescessary background tasks etc...
This was ran on the Gear in my sig with one exception, I bought a 4870/512 for $130 on Saturday. So this is a 4870/4850 Crossfire settup.
The 4850 is going in my HTPC box eventually, but I just couldn't resist playing with Xfire for awhile.... ;)
Junkyard parts are where it’s at Dave, if you saw my test rig; the first thing that came to your mind would be (junkyard). Good looks are great for the show but what’s under the hood makes it go. Function before fashion works for me.
I know you have a nice 550 that’s what helped me decide to try the one I have.
