Well done, I am glad you score the perspex first.
Looks good.

Well done, I am glad you score the perspex first.
Looks good.
That SSD "case" will look so good :D
Thanks man. :)
Thanks, Weevil.. glad you're enjoying the build.
Thanks, kg. There was one time, I think, where I had a brain fart and forgot to score and started to bend the brake. When the plexi didn't give as much, I remembered. :D
Thanks, TMWH. I'm very excited about implementing the zero gravity concept. :yepp:
Things have been moving kind of slow this week, because I'm at the stage where I need to do some cutting, and I just don't have a place to do it around here. I took my jig to a piece of 050 Alu last night, and my neighbor started to yell at me. Never mind the fact that I can hear her and her boyfriend fighting every other day through our thin walls.
So I'll be trekking up to dad's again this weekend for some more fun with power tools and will be working on the following:
- L and U brackets for zero gravity drives (perspex cuts have been made)
- Mockup of zero gravity chamber so that I can test the components inside and make a final decision on whether to display the pump windows or the zero gravity SSD windows toward the open side of the case
- Cut shelves for the zero gravity chamber
- Cut/modify case frame to accommodate the zero gravity chamber
- Experimenting with various wire management solutions
Going to be a busy weekend!
Well, I was thinking that when they are in the case it looks like two rubber parts. You can't really see what they are. We know that they are SSDs, but to add to the bling I'd show the tops off. In my build the SSDs are right next to the window and people always comment on it at LANs. Anyway, it's just a thought. Instead of two boring rubber looking devices I'd show the tops off so you can see what they actually are.
If I remember correctly Xion, way back when I was an apprentice.
.050" is 18 gauge, which is 1.4mm.
If you are just cutting straight lines then try cutting the ali with a very sharp knife, like a Stanly knife and straight edge.
A bit like the perspex. After 2-3 hard cuts you should either be threw it or really close. Then just bend along the cut, keep flexing and it will brake.
Will need a quick file to clean up.
Hey, guys. I cut the L and U mounting brackets for the drives today. I should have the shelves cut tomorrow for the zero gravity chamber, and I'll post an update with pictures tomorrow night.
The top stickers will show just fine. :) The drives will be right up against the window; I don't think anyone will have any trouble seeing that they're OCZ drives. I don't want to slant the drives because I think that would take away from the weightless appearance that they have when sitting perpendicular to the window. Also, I want the res tops to be able to show clearly from behind.
:D
I might try that, thanks.
Time for another update. ;)
The zero gravity chamber is... well, it's still not complete, but it's getting close. All the pieces are cut now, and it's just a matter of drilling some holes, a little bending here and there, and then assembling. So it shouldn't be too much longer. There are some final measurements that need to be taken to ensure, once again, that everything is going to fit ok (it is really, REALLY tight in there) before the chamber cover is bent. Because once it's bent, there's no turning back.
To start, I set up the jig to cut the L mounting brackets for the drives. I used 36 TPI blades. Getting a smooth cut with a jig can be difficult, but these finer blades cut cleaner than anything else that I've tried.
http://img187.imageshack.us/img187/8818/10734438.jpg
Focus, focus.. cut along that line. Don't blink, sneeze, or do anything stupid...
http://img88.imageshack.us/img88/6158/92565370.jpg
http://img689.imageshack.us/img689/9945/53614418.jpg
Hmmm, not bad. Could be a little better or could be a lot worse. I'll go with it and take a file to it to clean it up some.
http://img264.imageshack.us/img264/7585/84793976.jpg
Oops. In my eagerness to get all this done I forgot to snap off a shot of the U mounting brackets being cut. (That's them on the left, the thicker pieces.) Ah, who cares, right? If you've seen 1,000 rectangular jig cuts, you've seen them all.
The file cleaned the pieces up nice, and when checked against the square, they were all fairly close.
The next morning, I woke up and, after eating breakfast, walked outside to take in some scenery. It was 37 degrees this morning, and there was frost on the ground. I thought it would make for some nice pictures, so I decided to snap off a few shots before getting back to the grind (a.k.a. project).

http://img88.imageshack.us/img88/5761/49728312.jpg
The lighting was just right for these pics. Not too bright, not too dark. And I thought the low hanging cloud over the mountain was a nice touch.
Ok, back to work.
Let's mark off the shelves that will be mounted inside the Zero G Chamber. There are two shelves that need to be cut. One for the top pump/res and SSDs, one for the bottom two.
http://img264.imageshack.us/img264/8678/95791734.jpg
Oooook. And time to break out the jig again.
http://img688.imageshack.us/img688/2505/25372337.jpg
Looking pretty good there...
Exciting stuff, I know. I can sense that you're on the edge of your seats with anticipation of what will come next. For those of you outside the US, I can hear your snores from overseas.
Let's spice things up a bit.
To have the Zero G Chamber fit properly, the existing drive cage needs to be removed from the internal structure. So, time to get those rivets out once and for all.
http://img9.imageshack.us/img9/5237/54277980.jpg
Anyone want to take a guess at how many rivet heads you can fit on a drill bit? Anyone ever try?
http://img264.imageshack.us/img264/8277/87098115.jpg
Ooooh boy, there's no turning back now. Mark, if you're reading this, Kansas' "The Point of No Return" has never played so loud inside my head.

Case = destroyed.
Such a tragedy. She lived a short but meaningful life. Sacrificing herself for the good of the modding community. They looked on in delight as she was broken apart piece by piece, rivet by rivet.
Let us have a brief moment of silence for the Cosmos S that no longer is...

The Cosmos S that was has now officially become the ever evolving "refleXion." A continuous evolution of ideas, some nutso, some possible, few practical.
;)
Well, I really wasn't LYING when I said I'd add a little spice to this update. So let's pick up the pace a little.
Here comes the Sonic boom:
http://img688.imageshack.us/img688/2475/39325296.jpg
A new tool that my dad introduced me to over the weekend, the Sonic Cutter. 8)
No moving parts. Uses a static blade mounted onto the end that simply vibrates at insane speeds and inherently cuts away the material in its path. "Faster than an electric toothbrush," dad said. Hmm, sounds interesting. Let's give it a go on the drive cage to see how it does.
Why break this new tool out? Well, the drive cage will be a somewhat awkward cut on what is rather thin material. A jig would probably work just fine, but it may cut a little rough since the cage material is so thin. The wheel attachment for the Sonic is much finer than a jig blade as you'll see below.
We'll just test it on an unimportant section of the drive cage first to see how it does.
http://img14.imageshack.us/img14/1530/37604522.jpg
http://img38.imageshack.us/img38/5669/55385289.jpg
Hmm, not bad. And the blade barely saw any heat at all. This might be a good tool to use for modifying the cage.
Unfortunately, I ran out of time right as I was about to give it some decent play. Cutting that cage will have to wait for a little while.
After arriving back home, I set all the completed parts out on my studio (seems like there should be a lot more, as always...) for a few finished shots. No tripod for these (still deep in the trunk of my car) so they're not quite as good as I'd hoped, but they'll do. Hope you enjoy.

wow sonic cutter  it must be powerfull
nice update as usual!
Actually, there are moving parts in that tool - the blade just doesn't spin like a normal saw. There's a motor inside that moves to make the head vibrate quickly (and with enough force) to cut metal. Cool tool though, but it looks like you'd get uneven wear on the blade depending on how you use it :(
I have one of those too, ace for cutting baseboards when already mounted W/O destroying the hardwood!
Waiting 4 another update dude, keep it up!
Nice update.
that side panel looks great man, turned out really nice! Keep up the good work, and get this thing done!
Can't wait for this to be finished! (In a good way :P I want to see final shots!)
Dam! that Sonic Cutter looks just like the tool that the pathologists use in a autopsy to remove the top of the skull
and to cut throw the breastbone, :slash: it just needs to be made out of stainless steel and it would be a dead ringa.
Nice work there man, not sure how you can go through so many blades cutting ali, but the fact that you got there in the end is the main point.
As you havan't finished cutting everything out, does that mean we need to wait till next weekend for the next update?
MY god.... that side pannel is UNREAL, great update though! cant wait for the next one!!
Yeah, it seems great for controlled cutting. :)
Thanks man.
Much appreciated, weston!
You and me both. ;)
Autopsy ... well, it's fitting since the Cosmos was effectively dead by that point.
And, what about the blades, kg? Only one was used.. the 36TPI.
Next update should be either tomorrow or Wednesday. I'll be bending the mounting brackets and drilling holes in them and the plexi to mount the SSDs.
Thanks man. :)
Any of you guys see 2012 yet? Went to see it tonight and thought it was pretty wicked.
Ok, back to the build for a second. First H20 concept shots:
http://img94.imageshack.us/img94/794...allcooling.jpg
I'm thinking my temps should be pretty good. Feedback is welcomed.
Sorry Xion, my apology.
As I read threw your update, I read " I used 36 TPI blades. Getting a smooth cut with a jig can be difficult"
Sorry I just took it to mean just that, that you had in fact used/worn out 36 TPI blades.
I am actually glade to hear I was wrong, as I think this might have been some of the reason hannibal lecter lost the plot.
No that can't be right, he would have used the Sonic Cutter given half a chance.:yepp::rofl:
I don't think you will have a concern with your flow rates. Might have an issue finding enough PT Nuke though. :D
You guys and that saw... :)
Over on bit-tech they're calling it the Hannibal Saw now. In my next update when I use it, maybe I'll take a self portrait of me holding it with a surgical mask on.
Thanks.
Already thought of that.
http://img687.imageshack.us/img687/1...ckloadcopy.jpg
Intersting updates! Lol, you keep me in such suspense!
Glad to be of service. ;)
http://img689.imageshack.us/img689/5...930001copy.jpg
Zomg
They're getting very close...
These are just some scrap plexi pieces that were used for drill testing. The full-size plexi windows are ready to go. They have no problem holding the drives firmly in place.
http://img410.imageshack.us/img410/7...910001copy.jpg
I honestly wasn't anticipating the reflection of the drive that shows in the above shot, but it's a nice effect and goes perfectly with my theme. When in the chamber, it should give a ghosting effect to the weightless drive.
http://img16.imageshack.us/img16/687...950001copy.jpg
Tomorrow I'll bend and paint the brackets, so these should be completed soon.
I like. :yepp:
Oh My!
gosh, that's amazing
Coming together nicely!
Thanks, all!
I'll be gone for the next two days traveling for the holidays but should have the zero gravity drives completed upon my return. In addition, I'll be revealing a new sponsor for project r e f l e X i o n that I am tremendously excited about!
:D
Til then.. enjoy your Thanksgiving, everyone.
Congratulations on the new sponsor.
I am guessing if your going to do the hannibal photo shoot, then its brains for tea.
Also glad to see you still have all your fingers, well at least on one hand.
Looking forward to your next update, have a safe holiday mate.
At this time, I'm excited to introduce my new sponsor for refleXion, MNPCTech.
http://img81.imageshack.us/img81/209...klogbanner.jpg
I've been a fan of Bill's work for a while, particularly his rad grills, and he's been kind enough to supply me with two of his amazing new Billet 240 aluminum rad grills, along with some other small items that will be very useful in shaping refleXion into its final form.
http://img81.imageshack.us/img81/963...ing240bk02.jpg
The smooth shaped vents on the Billet 240s are great and will definitely mesh well with this build, but what makes them even better is you can actually rotate the vents against the grill in any direction that you like.
http://img81.imageshack.us/img81/798...ing240bk03.jpg
http://img502.imageshack.us/img502/7...ing240bk04.jpg
I plan to orient them diagonally on top and on bottom, with opposing angles, to fit the reflective theme of my build. I will be creating custom radboxes to mount them on both the top and bottom interior of the case. There's also a silver aluminum version of the Billet 240 that comes in a nice machined finish. I thought the black would look better in my case than the silver, although the silver looks quite nice as well.
http://img690.imageshack.us/img690/1...illaluminu.jpg
In addition to MNPCTech's awesome rad grills, a number of other items will be very helpful in completing this build.
U-Channel molding for dressing up those radial cuts on the radbox.
http://www.mnpctech.com/Uchannel1.jpg
Vandal Resistant Power Switch as I'll be replacing the stock switch and top casing.
http://www.mnpctech.com/bulgin.lampt...ctech.com2.jpg
Acoustical soundproof foam to install under both pumps in the Zero Gravity Chamber.
http://www.mnpctech.com/acoustical_p...ey_sheets1.jpg
3-pin Wire Extension Kit for extending fan wires.
http://www.mnpctech.com/3pin_fan_ext...d_computer.jpg
Fan Silencing Grommets to reduce vibration noise of the fans.
http://www.mnpctech.com/GrommetWb1.jpg
And some nice Socket Screws for a professional looking attachment on the rad grills.
http://www.mnpctech.com/M4_16mm_silv...g_mnpctech.jpg
I'll begin work again on the Zero Gravity drives tonight and hope to have those finished by the end of the weekend.
Thanks for checking in!
The HDD brackets look very nice!
This build is going to be phenomenal.
Sounds great! cant wait for this work of art to be complete!!
Gratz on sponsor. I love that Razer mouse they did with the skull and flame job. That thing looks bad ass.
Thanks, all. Yeah, Bill does some incredible work with metal. His past builds are awe-inspiring and are motivational for me to get my #&@ back over to the workbench and practice, practice, practice.
The sky's the limit when you have that sort of skill with metal.
Congrats on the sponsors and can't wait to see how you incorporate those pieces in your already superb build.
It's nice to see companies like MNPCTech sponsor up in coming builders also, I've seen him contribute to some other peoples build in the forum and appreciate that he's supporting the community.
wow ..seeing the renders i thought this was going to be another fantasy build that wouldnt happen..but ur making it reality very very nice cant wait to see it finished.
Thanks for the kind words, jpm!
Nah, I wouldn't show it here if I didn't believe that I could actually build it. :)
I guess I can understand how some may have thought that, but that's just the way that my mind works. I'm phase-driven and usually like to take an ambitious project like this one stage/phase at a time before moving onto the next. All the renders were simply the design stage of the project.. mapping everything out in my crazy brain with precise measurements to ensure that the final build would be as I've envisioned it.
More updates to come soon. It's taking a little longer than I thought for the Zero-G drives, because I'm trying to ensure that the drives will be perfectly centered in the windows when mounted to the inner chamber shelves. I'll get there.
Fittings arrived this week. Believe it or not, this is not all of them.
For now, it's only rotary love.

nice shots - bitspower party :banana::banana2::banana::banana2:
Those shots look great. I've never been so impressed by photo's of fittings, and I realise i probably sound like I'm being sarcastic but I'm serious :yepp:
Thats a nice army your building there Xion, when they start there tour, Heat Reduction they should help change the angle of attack.
Looking forward to when you put them to work there mate.
Nice pics, but admit I am having a hard time figuring out where all those fittings are going in a Cosmos build. Sure you haven't switched to an Ascension? ;)
Come on Xion! we NEED more updates! lets see em!!
An update on the Zero Gravity Chamber. ;)
It's late, and I'm very tired, so you're not going to hear much yapping out of me tonight. Fewer stupid jokes as well.. could be a good thing, right?
Here I'm marking off the bends for the chamber shell.
http://img690.imageshack.us/img690/3...840001copy.jpg
No turning back now... we're about to bend this thing for good.
http://img26.imageshack.us/img26/481...870001copy.jpg
I clamped through the windows here. I figured since they were hollowed out that it'd be the weakest point when the opposing force was applied to the brake. It worked pretty well.
http://img26.imageshack.us/img26/299...940001copy.jpg
Clamped down at a 1/2" bend and ready to go. This will be the back bend of the chamber that will be drilled and mounted to the inner case frame.
http://img218.imageshack.us/img218/8...990001copy.jpg
The first bend turned out very well.

She's really starting to take shape now.

I hope to have the shelves installed by middle of the week and the zero G drive mounts shortly after. I had expected to finish the drive mounts first, but to ensure the plexi window mount is the exact height it needs to be to center the drives in the window, I thought it was best to install the shelves first.
Thanks for checking in!
nice update, top quality job you got there
Very nice update Xion!
oooooooh very nice! looks great man, keep it up!
I love the way you make everything suit the theme, even the pics.
It's just a really entertaining read, from start to finish.
Awesome concept, and I wish you all the luck, though you don't seem to need it.
Thanks, aka_GK. :)
Thanks!
Thanks, MaByBoI!
Much appreciated, Laine! I can always use words of encouragement. Ambitious projects like this that span over a significant amount of time can take their toll on you, and reading encouraging comments always helps. So, thanks!
That is going to be sweet dude. Looking forward to more updates.
Very nice!
Just read the last couple of pages of your build. Love your new pics especially those of all your
fittings and the SSD mounted to the plexi. Looking at everything you've done up till now, you make it look so easy.
Top quality work there mate. Looking forward to your next updates.
Thanks, miller! Wish I could've taken some better pictures of the floating drive, but I was trying to hold the plexi window with one hand and snap the picture with the other and, well.. you have what you see. :D
Will be much easier to capture that effect once the windows are cut and mounted to the shelves. Soon, hopefully. This was the first key step.
Thanks, shazza!
Thank you, Red; I appreciate the compliments. It may look "easy," but as you can probably guess, and as I can also assure you, it's far from "easy".. lot of long nights spent measuring and carefully planning out the next step. Lot of time spent, especially when you document everything with pictures and commentary for several online communities, which I am. I do and always will consider Xtreme Systems as my home, though, so in most cases you guys will get updates before anyone else. ;)
If I haven't stated it yet (can't remember if I did or not..) the next step will be to install the shelves in the chamber so that I can mount the pumps and drives and center in the windows. For that, the shelves will need to be bent and drilled, and the chamber shell will need to be drilled as well.
Onto the next step, and I hope to see you all there. We're getting closer. ;)
Moar
(pretend that has the same enthusiasm as capslock, because I cannot for the life of me make it work :( (but totally awesome rig dude, i've been subscribed since the renders I didn't comprehend))
Nice to see a plan come together, nice work there Buddy. Question, how will you be attaching the plex to the inside of the chamber?
Cool, man. Hopefully seeing all this in action now is making more sense of the earlier renders. :)
Thanks, Weevil. The plexi will attach to the chamber shelves by mounting with an L bracket into each shelf at the bottom. Then the top of the plexi will be braced by the top U bracket which will fit flush against the side of the chamber.
http://img80.imageshack.us/img80/5474/zeog1copy.jpg
Close-up of the top U bracket that will brace against the chamber above the open window:
http://img268.imageshack.us/img268/729/zeog2.jpg
Top and bottom brackets from the side:
http://img163.imageshack.us/img163/8691/zeog3.jpg
Notice how the top U mounting bracket is wider. This is so it reaches from the top of the plexi all the way to the chamber side and acts as a brace. The drives themselves will be right next to the open window in the chamber. There will be no plexi covering the chamber window. That will be open so that you could physically reach in and touch the drives.
Seems you are going to be busy during X-mas break. You think it will be done by the 1st?
Doubt it. I'm shooting for beginning of February. I think by 1/1, though, that the body will be mostly complete, and with a little luck everything will be painted by then.
There's a whole other realm of this project that I haven't revealed to anyone yet because it's still being developed. And it's going to take some more time to map out the details. If things go according to plan, this new twist will blow anything you guys have seen so far within this project completely out of the water. And I mean that with the utmost sincerity.
Sure I did.
http://img94.imageshack.us/img94/794...allcooling.jpg
;)
February can't come soon enough! Pure amazement so far!
Nice work there mate, good to see your moving in the right direction,
however at this pace you will end up with a sweet rig and the record for the longest work log.
Looking forward to the mid week update.
Small update, guys.
I was able to get the shelves bent and installed so that I could test mount the pumps. The windows fit the XSPC res tops perfectly.

really nice
great work dude
Dream becomes reality, can't wait dude!
Just Awesome
Thanks, Nashaz! Had a chance to check out your worklog briefly and must say that you have some nice photography skills. :)
Thanks, kwscore. :)
Thanks, ding!
Thanks, aka_GK!
Hope to have another update soon, guys. I have a few more pictures that were taken of the pumps in the windows that I couldn't upload last night because imageshack was having some trouble. I'll try to get those on here soon and then screw the shelves in so that the zero-G SSD concept can be brought fully to life.
Hey, guys. Here are a few more pictures taken from last night.

F__kin A! Beautiful.
I think I like the windows for the res's even better than the SSDs. Nice job.
Thanks, miller. :)
Just wait until it's painted.
Thanks, shazza. :)
Wait until you see the weightless SSDs, though.. I think that's going to be a sweet effect.
If I played my cards right, you should be able to see the bubbling res inbetween the floating SSDs on the open side of the chamber cover.
Another update should be coming soon. In the interim, here are some more hardware pics that I hope you'll enjoy. :)

Its been a while I don't remember.
It looks great Xion X2.... Show us more :D
This is the first time that I see a 100% modification to a Cosmos S.
Thanks. Yeah, the fittings are my favorite, too. :D
Thanks, nipper! Welcome to the project. :)
Thanks, kg! It's UV Black, and the other is UV Clear. The black will be a purplish color similar to my avatar when lit, and the clear will be a bright white.
Thanks, Sharko! Good to hear from you again; I thought I had lost you. :D
It's not a 100% modification, but it's close. I was chatting with some enthusiasts from another online community and stated to them that I think my next build will be a scratch build so as to give me a larger sandbox to play in. :D
Really appreciate the kind words everyone. Can't tell you how excited I am at the outbreak of support that I've received for this work, and honestly, things are really just getting started. Many surprises are still in store and will be revealed soon.
It's been a busy weekend thus far, but I hope to make some more progress with the build tomorrow.
My new radiators came in, two MCR220s by Swiftech. These will be replacing the XSPC RX240s because they're thinner and will fit on the inside of the case. The profile of the RX240 was too fat and was hanging over the motherboard when installed inside the case.

One will be set on each loop.
Loop 1 = CPU, NB
Loop 2 = GPU1, GPU2
Xion X2 - love how the res windows turned out.
Also wondering if you were planning to overclock your cpu and vid cards? I ask since if you were concerned about not having enough cooling power with just having a 240 cooling the CPU/ NB and another 240 cooling the SLI 275 GTX's? Its probably enough , but I know some people who like to have more cooling if they can fit it...
I'm cooling an overclocked QX 9650 and a superclocked GTX285 with two of those rads, and I idle at 34c, and load at 44c on the cpu, and thats on a swiftech GTZ block.
On the GTX285 Im idle at 29c and load at 40c, however, I'm not running them on two separate loops. Using one single xspc restop. This is the "browser" rig in my sig below.
And they fit nicely.
Xion I never left this thread :D Your work is great and I wanna see the finish work. There`s some forum in Argentina that will love your work:up:
If not a 100% modification, maybe is a 90% jejejeje But seriously is a big modification. I want to see the photos in the Cosmos S thread when you finish you work :cool::cool::cool:
Thanks, jpm. :)
The CPU I do plan on OC'ng.. the video, not so much. And I'm not concerned at all about both 240s being able to handle what's in my loop. I think the rad surface area is plenty, and my flowrate should be good since I'm using low restriction blocks and two pumps.
Thanks, Sharko! :) I promise that when it's finished I'll post to the Cosmos S thread.
I love the Swiftech rads. The updates look great.
You were running a Core I7 right? You might have some issues getting over 4.0 with it and staying stable while benching, but you would probably be ok with everyday use.
I would just play with it till your happy with the clock and stability when it is done.
Your craftsmanship & photography are just amazing man
Seems like you took all the effort to not cut corners and do things yourself to make it perfect
Kudos!
Hope to see the final product real soon & good luck~!

Is the purplish and white color what you will get when it is UV lite only?
If so then it should be black and clear when not UV lite, is that right?
Thanks, miller.
I'm not concerned at all. This is just my opinion, but I think a lot of times that guys go overboard on their radiator setups. Two 240s, along with dual DDCs and high-flow blocks, should be plenty to cool what I have with a high overclock.
Thanks, dro.. I appreciate you saying so. :)
Yes, under UV only does it change colors. :)
Progress has been slow as of late. Some stuff I'm waiting on, and some things I just can't do in my current residence. For example, I needed to hammer out a bend last night for one of my shelves, and just a few seconds later one of my neighbors was yelling at me.
So some things will have to wait until the weekend when I go back to my dad's place.
I did make a new purchase recently that impacts the project. refleXion will be running 5870 Crossfire on Eyefinity. :)

Xion, this is the first time I have chimed in but have been watching from the start. The build looks great and I can't wait to see it completed! As for the rads, they should be fine. I'm running the same rad on my CPU loop with an i7 920 and Heatkiller 3.0 LT Block and at 4.2Ghz I have not hit over 60C while folding, so you will have no problem!
As for the 5870's you will love them! I just sold my 2 4870x2's and am running the XFX 5870 and I'm loving it. I will go Crossfire too when I get back from deployment. If you plan on watercooling, may I suggest the EK FC5870 Plexi+Nickel waterblock:

Not only does it look great but it performs like a beast! I have my GPU at 900/1300 OC'd and I have not hit over 33C while running Furmark and I idle on Windows 7 at 27C!! I'll try to get you some pics of mine installed with some temps if your interested.
