That is a interesting batch number, may have to look into that.
Newer batches seem to have better IMC than first ones, but worse cores...
I've ordered a 3224B106 anyone test it out yet?
It looks mine CPU have a poor IMC, trying aything, no more than 2400Mhz on memory.
But looks ok for 5000Mhz 4C/8T for Spi 32Mb.

That is strange time in sp32 bro...you have 1100 Ram frecuencies with tight timings and 5.0 Ghz
look my chip and timing 1200 MHz (1:12) @ 10-12-11-31

From my experience on two motheboards including Gene V with IB cpu, IMC has a drop in performance with CAS7 above 2000Mhz.
I mean, i scored better with 8-10-8 than with 7-10-7 and it's a big hit , 6-7s or more. At 5ghz.
^ typical PSC bug
TWCL<=CL
on Asus it defaults TWCL to 8 so unless you run TWCL at 7 no point in running CL at 7 better to leave it at 8 & 8.

I am also Prime stable at 4.8GHz but it requires 1.245V and the temps are about 10c higher. Should I just keep it at 4.7GHz, or would you guys run it at 4.8? Mind you when I play BF3 or other games the temps are in low to mid 60s at 4.7 and high 60s to low 70s at 4.8GHz @ 1.245V. From what I have seen in these forums this is a pretty decent chip and if I had a better case and maybe a H100\110 I could potentially go even higher.
Temps are fine for 4.8ghz, you'll have a Haswell in a year or two anyways.
nice one
Anyone test any D batches yet?
Just received a 3228D116 testing to follow.

4.7 stable 1.325v (testing for less) 4.5 stable 1.225V.
Better cooling on the way.
Here is the 4.8GHz at 1.245V Prime SS.

3243B670 anyone seen that batch before?
Solid chip. I assume you didn't remove the IHS and replace the TIM? Either way, you are stable at 4.8 with 1.24v so temps in Prime are irrelevant and are safe either way.
I have the worst 3570K in history though, built 3 of the same rig (2 for friends, 1 for me) and mine takes 1.4v for 4.6GHz and IMC is no good past 2050MHz

Not good CPU ...awesome IMC!...Not delidded yet.

the IMC on this one is the jack of all trades, 2600c8 with tight timings, and it can still do 3066 32M in dual channel.
Real nice chip there, certainly one of the better IMCs I have seen.
Hey guys when I look at CPU-Z it shows my voltage as 1.248. I have it set at 1.35 in the bios. Is this normal or am I missing a setting? Also on load with P95 it drops down like 1.2?
