that's correct.
It's not a EU country, so they can charge what ever they like.
bought my Prometeia straight from chip-con a few years back, had to pay € 33.....
no confirmation yet from Kevin about the memory, still waiting reply though :)

my sticks are send out afaik :D
they "shall" arrive in 3-4days.....so, i expect them on saturday or monday :)
and then u all will see, what they can do on my rig @ SC ;) (gonna change to S939 when the first 90nm-CPUs are available @ germany)
I also ordered a pair from them. I must say the service was really superb, fast email response, answered all of my questions, I payed yesterday and the RAM already left the airport some hours ago :toast:. I'm impressed.
Now if the ram is just half as good as promised i'm gonna  :D. But I don't have a mainboard to plug it in yet . Still waiting for a64 3000+ socket 939 to be available in germany.
how can i order from europe and pay ? don't have cc ... :(
nobody ?
which model to get exactly ?
how about these one
http://www.gskill.com/pc4800-pc3200-...-2-2-5-dc.html ?
You can order these: http://www.gskill.com/pc4400-2.5-3-3...-2-2-5-dc.html
Here: http://www.e04hardware.com/gskilleur.htm
Just drop them a mail an ask for bank account information.
PC4800 aren't available yet.....1 of 300 is able to do 300MHz absolutly stable....
when will pc4800 be availabe??? and what timings are these gonna be? and cost? will the gskill 4400 do 285-290mhz (when heatspreaders and a lil more juice is applied)?
1 out of 300 applies for DC only, onepagebook said that even his worse dimm did 300MHz.Quote:

no, i think its just an fx53 and he was playing with us :D in his latest screenshots hes not hiding the last number and its an fx53 :D
stop bugging him about what CPU he has..... Does it really matter that much if he tells you? Are you all gonna get high and orgams if he tells you? He ain't gonna send the CPU to your door step = give it away for free anyway... so why keep pursuing him about the CPU....
BTW, if you do get high and orgam from that... you should definitely get out more.... and make some friends... and not just normal friends.. but FEMALE FRIENDS.

Recieved mine today, too.Because yesterday I wasn`t at home when Fedex came.
I got a 808 PCB
Guys, who have received the sticks already (or paid for them and waiting for them), which specific model did you order?
I contacted GSkill before 2 days, got a response from Joan (AFAIK, the secretary of Kevin :D ) offering F1-3200SU2-1GBLE kit (DDR550 2.5-3-3-7), then sent a reply asking what about the F1-3200SU2-1GBLA (PC4800) memory, as it is listed as "limited" on GSkill website, and haven't heard from them since then.
My RAM arrived yesterday :toast:. But still no a64 to use it :(. I have it in my k7s5a atm running at 100mhz :stick:
ok guys - my arrived, too ;)
808PCB ;)
so, just w8 1-2h and see my results :D
What RAM are you choosing? the PC4400?
512 or 1gb
And btw.
What freq. would that TCCD ram be with 2.5-3-3-7 timing to match BH-5@ 2225
What do the stickers say?Quote:

How come does it seem that the only people recieving GSkill memory in europe are Germans?
Gskill sticks available from excaliberpc.com as of tomorrow!!! in the USA!!!!!!1
C
I already know that as the link was provided above. Im just saying that we cant get it here in the UK unlike you americans.
It seems a bit strange that its not availible here in europe but atleast 5 German overclockers have got them.
I would like if the european situation would be resolved pretty soon as I strongly feel that there would be many future buyers of GSkill here in the UK.
Yeah, Gskill has special deal for Euro peeps... I think it's because US and UK have dealers pending, so Gskill doesn't sell to them. Europe prob has no representation yet, so they sell direct until they have a dealer. I'm sure the UK dealer will pop up asap.Quote:

The module description p4z1f1st mentioned (F1-3200DSU2-1GBLE) obviously theoretically is the one to get. They're the same they offered me when I inquired about the sticks ($5 shipping from Taiwan, I like it - finally some benefits living in Europe :D ) But I was greedy and wanted to know more about F1-3200DSU2-1GBLA sticks which are rated PC4800, and now I've got no answer for 2 days :DQuote:

Not to ruin this thread but for a comparison here's my OCZ PC3200EL Plat. rev2 at 2x512. I max out around 280 1t on the DFI LP. Curious to see how far the GSkill can go with 1t. Might just need to test for myself. :p:

Nice comparo p4z1f1st. Did you restart Sandra each time you changed the timings? The results don't seem to be that far apart. Interesting to see 2.5-3-4-7 edging out in front of 2.5-3-3-7. What is the RAM's max OC in dual channel at 2.5-3-4 and 2.5-3-3?
@ Onepagebook:
Those modules you tested are PC4600. (with DDR560 on the sticker) those are other modules right?
The one you can buy are PC4400 and the upcomming PC4800.
p4z1f1st can you go any higher than 275htt? ive seen these GSkill strech thier legs easily to 300 mark ;)
They are guraenteed by GSkill to do 300mhz @ 2.7v
Exactly ;)

p4z1f1st can we see the max mhz please? and also what is the fastest they will run 7-3-3-2.5 timings? One page book is that the fastest mhz that your GSkill will run with 3-3-2.5 timings?

What we need is more numbers with your ram on a single memory controller cpu. I think the GSkill is some amazing stuff so than I assume a single stick of 512 should do over DDR600 with 1t enabled.
Look forward to getting some. :banana4:

Better swoop em, cause I bet they go fast!! My gig will be here monday and I'll definately post some screenies with my FX-53 on 9 or 10 multi!!!!!
Hey guys,
I can´t give you new record-numbers on my NF7-S, because either my TBred or my mobo has problems with FSB>215MHz.
215@2-2-2-x is absolutely no problem, but when I rise the FSB to 217, 3DM2k1 always freezes during Lobby-Gametest, even with lower clocks of my TBred and my 9700pro.
I tried the Black Mantaray BIOS D26 XT with L12-softmod, but no improvement...so either the mod does not work or it´s my mobo. And I don´t feel like doing the L12-Bridge mod, when there should come a new S939-rig in December
But still it´s very satisfying to have 1GB in DC @2-2-2-x at 215*11.5 with my good old TBred1700+@1.71V...
Greetz, Flox
I just ordered the same 1GB kit as kraggy from excaliberpc as well. :D
Should arrive on monday. I'll show you guys a comparison of the GSkill and some OCZ PC4400 EL Gold (2.5-8-4-4, Hynix IC's). Should make for an overclocking filled 4 day weekend. Word.
:toast:
Edit: Oh yeah, initial tests will be on a 3.0c, so I wont be able to get the RAM anywhere near its ceiling. This will give me a chance to finally break out LikwidKool's 2.4c M0 to max the GSkill out at 2.5-7-3-3.
What about a simple L12 wire mod in the socket? Easy to put in, easy to remove.Quote:

We all know that. However, it's important to see whether with CPC off you can't get higher fsb wise. That would pretty much indicate whether your board is the bottleneck there because most nforce2 boards in general do not like high fsb with 512Mb sticks CPC on...Quote:

I'm not German, and my sticks have arrived :)
looking good so far.
come on compare this on DFI INFINITY NF2 ULTRA :>
I bought a gig of the Gskill PC4400 2.5-3-3-7 TCCD (2x512)
used in a DFI 250gb with 9/12 modded BIOS
3400+ Claw CG 1mb
single channel
2x512mb in Dimm-slots1&2 ......at any memory clocks higher than 245mhz (DDR490) CPC 1T, regardless of timings, memtest looptest#5 gets thousands of errors around 96-97%
didnt matter what Vdimm...3.1V even
are the 754mobos really that incapable of 1T command rate when using 2x512mb of memory?
when i ran each stick by itself, they were fine, 275mhz (DDR550) memtest stable @ 2.5-3-3-6 2.7V 1T
but when running both sticks toghether in DC mode, cant get past 250mhz in 1T
First with 2 dimms it is not Dual Channel mode. S754 is single channel.Quote:

Try this:
