in that point amd are not so bad too : they released since MAY (6 months) :
cat 7.4
cat 7.5
cat 7.6
cat 7.7
cat 7.8
cat 7.9
cat .7.10
seven drivers (more than 1 for month not bad)
btw: for Windows Vista i think Nvidia drivers are not so good as AMD/Ati drivers .
also another thing i think it´s nice in ATI cards its the fact we can change voltage by software (vGPU - MVDDC - MVDDQ)
in my opinion there is also another important thing like image quality , and in that matter i think ATI cards are litle better ( i have both 8800GTS and HD2900XT).
another thing im curious is to see how they overclock (8800GT@65nm VS HD38x0@55nm)
so if HD3850 & HD3870 have at least the same or a litle better performance as 8800GT and AA fixed i think they will also be great card´s
we have to wait few more days to see how HD3850/HD3870 performs and then compare with 8800GT
But for now , looking for the firsts results of 8800gt , nvidia has done a great job with this card ;)
i will have 1 of this babes (8800GT) for review , when i finish i post here .
