since these are psc based kits, its asking quite a bit to get them to trcd 9 1.65v.

well, its not really a apples to apples comparison when comparing p55 to p67/z68. imc on sandy is alot harsher than on lynnfield/clarkbar. p55 6-9-6 is entirely feasable with psc... not so much on p67/z68
maybe SB-E will be better. We will see in about a month.
just bought some F3-16000CL7D-4GBPIS rated for 2000mhz 7-9-7
as soon as i get them on monday.. will post the results and compare with the 2200cl7 :)

2200 7-10-7-25 1T should be possible @ 1.65v with most kingston and gskill pi or black ripjawsX 2200 kit. what voltage is that at websmile?

yep.. all the pi i have are able to do 7-10-7 easy... 7-10-7 2250+ blck limited was fine for me @ 1.65v

psc is not tight at all.. especially on sandy. 6-10-6 was the best i can do with my 2200cl7 pi kit.. green pcb.. however my black pcb can do 6-9-6 with 1.82v don't know where my screen shot is for that though lol
i don't remember but i saw someone post something about psc doing 6-9-6 with 1.72v and my goal is to find one :)
hoping the 7-9-7 2000mhz pi will do it or the gskill flare 7-9-7 2000mhz that will be comming in sometime this week also...

I am using G.SKILL PIS F3-17600CL7D-4GBPIS kit on my Sandy Bridge(Asus Maximus IV Extreme) mobo perfectly.
I am planning to upgrade my system to 8GB.So thinking about getting another kit of G.SKILL PIS F3-17600CL7D-4GBPIS.
However I have doubt 2xkits works at their specs on a SB mobo.Any idea?

i tried before with 4x2 2200cl7 (same pi in op)..
i couldn't get them to work, best i could do was cl8, but that was a while ago.. maybe with more tweaking it is possible. Higher vccio is probably going to be needed.. along with a few other things.
if you run 2T, it should be no problem.. (although you'll have a pretty big loss)
